Beautifully renovated villa, infinity pool and superb sea view from every floor

Magnificent villa of 200m2 with a superb sea view on all floors.

Perfect location, 15mn walk from the first coves and 1,5km from the center of Platja d'Aro (be careful, it goes up on the way back :).

Completely renovated, new bedding. The house is very well equipped, especially in the kitchen, as we live in it regularly.

The house is located in a dead end, the place is very quiet, and that's why, for the tranquility of the neighborhood and the respect of the house, we do not accept groups of young adults. Please do not apply for a reservation if this is your case.

The price includes the cleaning at the end of the stay, the maintenance of the pool and the garden.

The villa contains 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (sleeping capacity of 10) and is divided into 2 levels:

- GROUND FLOOR:

1 bedroom with double bed of 160cm with private bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet. Bay window with view on the pool and the sea. 2 wardrobes, 1 chest of drawers, 2 night tables.

1 kitchen open to the dining room and the living room, which overlook the pool directly with a large bay window that opens entirely in accordion. The living room is equipped with a wood stove. Outdoor plancha

- 1st floor:

1 bedroom with double bed of 160cm with its private bathroom with 1 sink, 1 shower and toilet. 1 wardrobe, 1 chest of drawers, 2 night tables. Bay window with sea view.

Outdoor swimming pool with mirror and overflow, heated and in mosaic. The pool can be heated during the months of May & September and involves an extra charge of 200 euros per week.

All beds and mattresses are new.

New: bed linen option included for all beds (made on arrival) plus bath towels and kitchen towels.

Facilities : Washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron. Kitchen equipped with nespresso coffee machine, magimix robot, kettle, citrus press, oven, microwave oven, toaster, large screen TV 150cm with smart TV features (no channels, only connection for hard drive or HDMI/chromecast).

Perfect house for 2 families

The house was great! We really enjoyed the great kitchen, the pool with view at the sea and everything what was available at the house. The location is not far from the beach and the centre of Platja dÁro.

Heerlijk verblijf! Mooi huis. Goed en snel contact met de eigenaren. Ligging is perfect als je een beetje uit de drukte wilt zitten. Strand en boulevard is op 5 minuutjes afstand met de auto en 30 minuten lopen. Let wel op dat je terug weer de berg op moet haha. Maar alles was voor ons perfect!

Toller Urlaub in einem super Haus

Das Haus ist super! Blick, Raumaufteilung, Pool Ambiente alles Spitze. Als wir kamen war es nicht so sauber wie erwartet aber dies lies sich mit dem Staubsauger bereinigen. Auch das Kochgeschirr durften wir nach kurzer Rücksprache aufbessern. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung

Platja d’Aro levererar!

Vi åkte 8 personer, en familj med vuxna barn med partners och goda vänner. Huset överträffade allas förväntan. Alla fick rum med dubbelsäng, två rum med badrum. Utsikten var bedårande, området lugnt utan mycket trafik. Dagen började med ett dopp i poolen som var precis lagom varm, innan frukost. Sen gick vi ner ( tog 25 minuter i spansk manjana-takt) till någon av de vackra havsvikarna med sand och stenar där vi snorklande och såg mängder av fiskar nära stranden. Vi gick också längs havet på små promenadgångar både söderut och norrut. Ibland fanns taverna där du kunde släcka din törst och äta något lätt. Platja d’Aro med alla affärer och restauranger gav allas belåtenhet. Där fanns mycket att välja på, både att shoppa och att äta. Vi hittade taxistationen nära McD och det var lätt att välja taxi hem på kvällen då det bara kostade 10 eu till huset. Vi lagade en del mat hemma i huset och inget saknades. Du kan laga vad du vill och utrustning kommer att finnas! Sängarna var något hårda tyckte vi och de spanska kuddarna är ganska små. Pingisbordet manade till turnering och en del andra spel fanns att använda. Darttavlan hittade vi inte. Stor Tv fanns men behövdes inte, bluetooth högtalare fanns så det blev bra musik på kvällarna. Kvällen avslutades såklart med ett dopp i poolen! Kan varmt rekommendera detta hus, hade kunnat åka tillbaka nästa vecka! ❤️

Très bien

Tout d’abord je tiens a remercier la propriétaire qui répond vraiment de suite et a n’importe quel moment, ça c’est tres important car je pense que l’agence qui gère le bien laisse par contre un peu à désirer. Je m’explique les lieux étaient propres en général, mis a part quelques details tel que la cafetière pas vidé ni vérifié par l’agence, quelques houses d’oreiller pas propres et un drap, je pense que la propriétaire devrait revenir sur ces details avec eux. Cependant ils sont venus de suite quand elle les a contacté pour remplacer les taies. Et ramener les draps de bain manquant. Sinon la maison est magnifique avec une superbe vue, les chambres sont spacieuses et il y a ce qu’il faut, les matelas sont de qualité vraiment, cependant un petit investissement pour les oreiller serait bienvenue, il manque la Clim comme ca été dit, nous ca allait mais il faisait quand même déjà chaud j’imagine pas l’été! L’option draps et linge de lit payant peut être un moins aussi. La piscine est tres belle. En gros je recommande vraiment, l’emplacement est top il y a plein de petits restaurants partout plus bas, l’ambiance est tres bonne, les gens chaleureux. La maison est bien équipée, si vous devez cuisiner il y a ce qu’il faut, et il y à de la place si on est nombreux, les 3 salles de bains ne sont pas de trop non plus. Je recommande en tout cas pour les voyage en groupe ou famille.

Fantastisch huis en zwembad

Het huis was heel schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien. Keuken erg goed uitgerust. Volgende keer neem ik eigen hoofdkussen mee omdat de kussens in Spanje standaard erg klein en plat zijn. Het uitzicht was werkelijk prachtig. Alles dicht in de buurt . Het strand van Sant Pol ook een aanrader. Visrestaurant M en B in Platja d'aro aan de boulevard een aanrader !! Wij komen zeker terug.

Super complete villa waardoor je echt niet weg hoeft.

Mooie moderne villa met alles erop en eraan. Geweldig zwembad en lounge plek. Ruime slaapkamers met prima bedden. Voor familie happening een perfecte plek. Enkele minpuntjes zijn: niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, terrasdeuren lastig te sluiten, te weinig ligbedden, loopafstand naar platja d’Aro fors zeker bergop.

Schöne Villa mit beheiztem Pool

Bequeme Betten, schöne Sicht auf das Meer, ruhige Lage und großer Pool. Wir haben die Woche bei bestem Wetter sehr genossen. Küche war voll ausgestattet mit neuen Geräten. Pool und Treppe ins OG ist chic aber für ältere Leute/kleine Kinder weniger geeignet (kein Geländer, Pool ohne Treppe). Lediglich Erhalt der Schlüssel über Agentur in Nachbarort war zeitaufwändig, da Öffnungszeiten nicht stimmten/Schlüssel nicht in Schlüsselbox bereitgelegt waren und erst die Vermieter in Frankreich angerufen werden mussten.

Review about this villa: - the villa had a really lovely open plan down stairs area. Comfortable seats and a fully stocked kitchen. - There is a bbq and ping pong table. - Fantastic privacy and electric gate and spacious garage area for parking your car - Great communication from the host - Easy pick up and drop off of the keys - Unfortunately the villa is in an area where there are multiple developments going on. You’ll be woken up everyday not by birds singing but by builders hammering and drilling which starts at 0800 weekdays - There is no air con for when it’s hot. - There are no blankets for when it’s cold. - There is one Parasol for around the pool area. Not enough for a villa that can house 10 people. So during the day it is too hot to sit around the pool. - There is an area around the back with plants which could be utilised but it is very small and has a high wall and no where to sit. - There is no where to sit out in the evening if you like the sun as the sun sets over the rear where there is a hill - It takes half an hour to walk to the beach and not 10 mins as suggested in the ad. Not a problem in itself but advertising should reflect the truth - We had a problem with the bifold doors which the owners got sorted pronto so our stay wasn’t disrupted The beaches are beautiful and the pool is great. We had a fab stay.

The house is located in a peaceful area and only 15 mn walk from the beach . Platja d'aro is a vibrant city with a lot of restaurants, bars and a great place for shopping.
The house has a 8 meter large window that can be fully opened with a stunning view on the amazing mirror pool.
