The Shangrila is a spacious 400 + sqft apartment with Lanai/Balcony on the 20th Floor of the Fairway Villa Complex. It boasts an Ocean/Diamond Head/Alawai Canal Golf Course View and has everything you would need to come relax and enjoy a month or more in Hawaii.
It is located in downtown Waikiki on the corner of 2345 Alawai Blvd with a cross street of Walina.
A convenient location, with the newly opened Waikiki Market grocery store across the street, bus, food, shopping, dining, a block away and the beach, zoo, Kapiolani park, a mere 10 minute walk away.
For the safety of our guests, the building has 24 hour security with Key card secured doors.
Amenities include, Pool on the top Deck, (29th floor) , Sauna, showers, and two large stainless steel gas barbecues and sitting area for guests to enjoy.
There is a trash chute right next to my unit so you don't have to walk far to throw out the garbage and your recyclables.
There is a washer dryer in the unit for added convenience which is very rare in Waikiki.
The unit is furnished with a table with 3 chairs, a queen bed, dresser, tv/dvd, Fully equipped kitchen with all the needed cups plates, pans etc. Full size fridge, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker.
Parking is negotiable for those that need it, please confirm with me so I can ensure a spot is available as I typically rent the space out for $250/ month to building tenants.
I love pets but not in my rentals, so unfortunately I do not allow pets with this rental. The association only allows pets that are service animals registered as Emotional Support Animals "ESA"

We live in Hawaii for the 'Mana' or Karma that these islands provide. The people, cuisine, culture, flora, natural beauty, hiking, sailing, ocean, and pace all are un-equaled to any other place with the same level of modernization and convenience. Yes some people still think we are a third world country and that we live in grass huts. Although that would simplify life, we have a lot to offer here in Oahu.
After our Hawaiian beach wedding, and Traditional Japanese shrine ceremony, we Soon needed a place to live. We lived 6 months in our first rental purchase (a studio in Fairway Villa). We then upgraded to a one bedroom in the Banyan. We now have five rentals and a home, and hope you decide to come relax in one of our Hideaway's.

Why they chose this property
We Love Hawaii, and This was the first place that we Purchased. After extensively looking all through the inventory of Waikiki and surrounding areas, this was the best location, the building is in good condition and managed very well, the room is spacious, and it has laundry in the unit! So we purchased this unit and lived in it for 6 months making it our own home before renting it out to others such as yourself.
Location is awesome (2 Block from the Beach)
Waikīkī Market is across the street, the View is great, and at night and or early morning it is super peaceful to watch the sunset or sunrise.
The Amenities of the Facility are great as well.

What makes this property unique
Clean, Quite, Comfortable, spacious, on the back side of Waikiki so your not in the middle of all the commotion but close enough to it to partake and enjoy.
