Cozy villa with garden and private pool located in Crestatx, between Pollensa and Sa Pobla, just 10 minutes drive from the beaches of Puerto Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa.
The house is distributed on one floor, has a living room with porch, fitted kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with a trundle bed, a bathroom with shower and a toilet.
Equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, Internet, TV SAT, DVD and stereo.
Outside the swimming pool surrounded by lawn, garden area and a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue area.

Everything was really good. The team of Planet Villas is just perfect. Available 24/7. Thanks a lot. The house: - clean, private pool as well, close to everything amenities. (Restaurant, beach , alcudia, formentor…) 30min to the PMI. Located in a small and quiet street. Price is also really competitive. Thanks for all.
