While the villa gives a true sense and feel of being on an island, its location is central to the restaurants and commerce of Forest Beach/Coligny Plaza and also provides great convenience being down the block to the world renowned Sea Pines Plantation (Harbour Town, South Beach Marina/The Salty Dog, shopping, dining and entertainment).

Seascape Villas sits on lush, naturally landscaped grounds with lagoons and walking trails. There are two swimming pools located on the grounds and also direct access to the wonderful bike paths that wander throughout the island. At the beach there is a Private Beach Cabana exclusive to Seascape owners and guests. The Cabana includes restrooms and outside foot showers.

It is furnished with a King bed, flat screen TV, his & her closets, vanity, plus separate shower room. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each room has a new Queen bed, plus the back guest bedroom has a twin bed.
