Shorewood 207 is a comfortable spacious 3 bedroom Ocean Front Condo. This 3 bedroom condo has 3 full baths with a shower/tub combination in each, a King in the master, King in the second guest room, King in the third bedroom plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo is perfect for family or a couples getaway. The views from this condo are amazing and with this unit being on the end offers a large extra window to let the sun in. Along with other comforts of home there is a flat screen TV's in every room plus wireless internet. Soak in the sun in the brand new pool and hot tub located direct ocean front in the complex. Pool is Heated March 1 - April 30 and Oct 1 - November 30.
One of the best things about Shorewood is it's location and proximity to everything you would want to enjoy about Hilton Head Island. Golf, Biking, Shopping and Dining are all a short distance away.

Annual Hilton Head Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’d say every other review I read (too late I’m afraid) was accurate. Great views and pool. The property was described as “dated” but it went well beyond that. Kinda gross. Carpet looked disgusting, vents not clean. We we were given the option to switch to this property after the rental company called to say our first choice was under construction. So I never saw the VRBO reviews until later.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the view. Unit needs some repairs. Handle on sliding door broken off, hot water runs out quickly, master bedroom mattress needs replacing but we have stayed here before and love the unit. Let me know if you ever want to sell

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great service from rental staff. Disappointed with pool and hot tub being closed. Some minor improvements needed in unit. We knew it was dated but things like moldy shower curtain liners and most windows could not be opened could be fixed without updating unit. I was told the very stained carpeting was being replaced this month or next so that is good for future renters.
