Villa Bonaccorso is a luxurious nineteenth-century residence, located in Viagrande. The hilltop village of ancient traditions, characterized by a building of a certain elegance, with many houses full of green and also known for its vineyards and its gastronomy.
The house is the main part of this ancient and most luxurious villa.
The old apartment retains the original features of the 18th century and is equipped with large panoramic windows with spectacular views towards the sea and Mount Etna.
The "Casale" consists of:
- Three double rooms
- A twin room
- two bathrooms
- A living room with sofa bed and with access to a terrace from which you can enjoy the wonderful view of the imposing Mount Etna.
The Villa, immersed in greenery and surrounded by a fragrant citrus groves, has been recently renovated. Its hillside location offers a panoramic view of the entire aquifer and intense east of Etna volcano which rises majestically in front of the villa.
Situated in a convenient location, in the province of Catania, just a few kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea is the park of Etna, this means to be a good starting point for all your days exploring this wonderful island; is also located near many interesting places from the point of view of nature, history, art, including the famous Taormina, Acitrezza, Etna and many others ....
CONDITIONS UPON ARRIVAL:
1. All guests have to show their ID or Passport
2. Payment of the security deposit of €50,00 will be required in cash and will be returned at check-out
3. Payment of the tourist tax
4. We accept on request and to agree with the owner just ONE SMALL PET
NB: The swimming pool is SEASONAL and shared.
Check in is until 8PM. A late check in is to agree with the owner, it depends on availability and an extra charge is applied.

Rustic charm, and a great location

We were four adults, a nine-year-old and a two-year-old staying for nine nights in August. The Villa has real charm and bags of character. We really enjoyed staying in Viagrande which enabled us to explore Etna, Avola and Taormina. And use of the well-maintained pool was a plus. The owners, Marco and his father, were very friendly and accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. It’s not quite ‘all mod cons’ but the charm and character of the place - for us - more than made up for any little niggles. It is, after all, a very old property, probably dating from the 1800s, and also in our view incredibly good value.

Review

A typical Sicilian older property with an air of decaying splendour. Clean and comfortable beds and a clear view of Etna. Although they knew the oven needed to be fixed by an electrician they did not tell us and so our planned evening meal did not cook. The additional 30 euro charge for disposing of rubbish seemed excessive as it was in addition to the cleaning fee. The shared swimming pool was well kept.

Maison confortable et au calme. Je recommande

Grand appartement dans une grande maison de famille comprenant plusieurs logements. Des chambres spacieuses, des lits confortables, des meubles pour les rangements, une cuisine équipée avec tout le nécessaire. La piscine partagée par les résidents a été très appréciée. Le bassin est assez grand pour permettre une dizaine de brasses dans sa longueur. Une terrasse côté cuisine avec vue sur la piscine et sur l'Etna et une autre plus grande côté salon avec vue sur mer où les repas du soir se prennent au frais. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, disponible, présent si besoin mais discret lors de ses passages. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir
