About this property

La Bergerie de la vallée de Charsac

A farmhouse and barn 300m, in nature, in 65 private acres, with sources in the uplands, pine forests, forest hiking trails in untouched nature.
You will stay in a house on two levels for 4 / 5personnes 300m from our house. It is an old barn of 80m2 as we transformed the cottage terrace with a glass part to enjoy the unique landscape and accommodate 1 or 2 more visitors.
To get there, the great national must be taken on a small paved road 4 km, then access via a private road .. The first level is plein- foot and includes 2 parts: the first large with kitchen and dining / living room with sofa bed. Separated: at bottom: .a bedroom and a bathroom. The second level is a clear loft (5m60 + 3m20): extra room that has 2 beds of 90.
Front of the cottage, the road is private and a small wood. In the green area between the cottage and our mas (250m), a tree-lined pool, fenced, will welcome the return of your escapades (footpaths, GR9)

In parks: 1 donkey, 1 dog and 1 cat.

We hadden een geweldige tijd. Leuk rustig huis met fantastisch uitzicht. Zowel zon als schaduw. En prachtig zwembad voor onszelf met veel privacy, op loopafstand: een korte pittige wandeling. Goed voor de kuiten! Wandelopties vanuit het huis zijn talrijk. Amper verkeer op de weggetjes in de buurt. Heerlijk huis en zeer aardige eigenaren. We willen zeker terugkomen.

Nous avons passé à nouveau un excellent séjour. Les hôtes sont accueillants et le gîte est pratique est bien entretenu. La piscine est propre et très appréciable par les fortes chaleurs estivales.

Détente au calme

Pour le prix, sont à améliorer : le ménage dans les recoins, notamment vers la machine à laver et des ustensiles de cuisine qui sont gras + la literie : le matelas de la chambre est complètement déformé par le physique imposant du propriétaire Il manque aussi des transats pour s'allonger autour de la piscine. Le wifi est très capricieux mais c'est le caractère isolé de la location qui veut cela Pour le reste, tout est conforme à la description, le cadre est très agréable, les propriétaires bien sympathiques

Un endroit superbe.un accueil qu on aimerait retrouver partout. La maison est simple mais tout y est. La piscine est éloignée. On a encore plus l impression de l avoir méritée. Si vous appréciez le calme avec la ville à portée c est l endroit idéal…

Un chalet très charmant dans un endroit unique et extrêmement calme. Le silence intense est merveilleux, tout comme le ciel étoilé ! Le chalet est bien équipé, seuls les lits étaient un peu trop courts pour nous 😉. Le routeur internet était en panne, mais les sympathiques propriétaires l'ont réparé dans la journée. Hautement recommandé si vous voulez recharger complètement vos batteries 😁 !!!!

Seuls en pleine nature !

Merci à Claude et Martine pour leur accueil dans leur havre de paix. Lieu reposant où si vous avez de la chance vous entendrez le brame du cerf. La piscine est à 5mn à pied et bien agréable.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans la maison de vacances de Claude et Martine. Accueillants, de bons conseils et discrets, ce sont des hôtes parfaits 👍. Le cadre est magnifique et reposant. Notre fille de 3 ans a beaucoup apprécié ses vacances entre la maison, la piscine, la Drôme, les visites, les randonnées... Merci à vous Claude et Martine.

Schöner Familienaufenthalt

Die Hütte war recht einfach, aber sauber. Der Pool ist ganz toll und für die alleinige Nutzung. Super Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in nahe gelegene Orte. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Französischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.

Rustig gelegen huisje in prachtige omgeving

Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt zeer rustig op de rand van een schitterend dal. We konden dagelijks gebruik maken van het zwembad. Zeker een aanrader, hoewel de prijs best hoog was.

Superbe séjour!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Claude et Martine. L’accueil est chaleureux et le lieu un petit paradis. Du logement beaucoup de choses à proximité à voir ( Saillans Crest Die..) et à faire (balades, randonnées et baignades). Nous reviendrons c’est certain!
