Property in beautiful location. Home was clean and relaxing. Short 12 minute drive to the beach and grocery store. Nice to have heated pool. Only challenge was mosquitoes. Apparently that is a thing in that area. So, sleeping with windows open at night became a problem. However, host was responsive to our request for fans to keep house cool at night due to having to close the windows. We would rebook.

Fantastic Villa with Great Amenities

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic villa. The property is stunning, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The villa is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. One thing to note is that the villa is a bit secluded, which adds to its charm if you enjoy peace and quiet. However, it does mean that having a car is essential to get around and explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the location is quite windy, which can be refreshing, especially during the warmer months, but it's something to be aware of. Overall, we loved our stay here and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed holiday retreat.

Wir waren 10 Tage im Oktober in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Kommunikation lief vor Ort als auch bei der Buchung reibungslos. Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und konnten wunderbar entspannen. Der einzige Minuspunkt war, dass der Pool nur 23 Grad hatte.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad! De boom voorkomt een vrij uitzicht op zee. Vaak een ochtend of middag last van zeemist! Rustige buurt. Heerlijk zwembad. Veel ruimte in huis. Alleen zaten veel kastdeuren en gordijnen zaten los of sloten slecht. Onderhoud van tuin, zwembad en schoonmaak helemaal prima. Maar dat kleinonderhoud kan wel beter.

Das Haus ist in einer Super Lage . Leider ist das Haus schon sehr abgewohnt . Es müffelt und man muss schon sehr lüften. Insgesamt hatten wir einen entspannten Urlaub. Ist aber in dem Zustand meiner Meinung Zu teuer

Großer Infinity-Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein

Schöner Blick in ruhiger Lage mit großem Pool haben für einen entspannten Urlaub gesorgt. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Allein die Beleuchtung könnte noch etwas durch wärmeres Licht verbessert werden. Die Verwaltung ist sehr zuverlässig und reagiert sehr schnell.

Tolle Villa mit Pool

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgegühlt. Es gibt 4 ungefähr gleichwertige Schlafzimmer, eine schöne Terrasse mit Pool, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Buchung und der Kontakt vor Ort waren super. Das Haus kann ich nur empfehlen, wenn man viel Platz und etwas Ruhe sucht.

Fantastisch...ssssst....niet doorvertellen.

Wij hebben 14 dagen verbleven in een heerlijk huis op een rustige locatie met een prachtig uitzicht. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon, heerlijke bedden, luxe slaapkamers, woonkamer en keuken. Zwembad is verwarmd, dus ook tijdens frisse dagen in het voorjaar werd er gezwommen. Auto is noodzakelijk voor boodschappen en uitstapjes. We willen het eigenlijk niet verklappen, want straks wil iedereen hier naartoe.

Villa parfaite, magnifique, avec vue a couper le souffle. Tout le nécessaire pour les repas, des jeux pour la piscine, nazaré a 10-15 mns en voiture... enfin bref un veritable régale a tout point de vue...

Schönes Haus mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf das Meer!

Gelungener Aufenthalt mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern im Haus. Leider scheint das Haus nicht häufig genug bewohnt zu sein, daher gibt es Schimmelstellen. Der muffige Geruch hat uns doch etwas gestört und die Freunde getrübt. Die Lage hat uns allerdings etwas entschädigt.

First the POSITIVE: Beautiful home with an incredible view. Lots of space, wonderful furnishings. Local managers are responsive and helpful when we asked about pool temperature (too cold to use most days), beach towels (locked up and unavailable), bike condition (broken and un usable). Note the listing also indicates a clothes dryer is available - but is is not functional. The NEGATIVE: "Musty, stale smell" (from the basement presumably) so penetrates the house that the smell is always present. Dehumidifier is in hallway near basement, but is not functional. Electrical panel near front door is apparently under repair with wires hanging out and the covers on the floor. Not sure why, but clearly there are problems and they have not bothered to repair prior to our rental. This is just not acceptable or proper for a rental of this caliber! IMG_1926.jpg Fresh air in the home would help, but because there are no window or door screens to keep the mosquitos and flies out, as a result, they inundate the house making it impossible to enjoy the indoors or outdoors. There are no fans to move the air, so it is hot, muggy and miserable at night. Sleep is nearly impossible due to the non-stop barking of three neighbor dogs contained in kennel and chained in back yard of neighboring house barking non-stop 20 hours per day, so using the pool, deck or rooms with open windows is impossible. BOTTOM LINE: would not recommend.

Haus mit traumhaften Ausblick

Sehr schönes modernes Haus mit tollem Ausblick . Einrichtung ist sehr schön , Inventar ist alles vorhanden , vor allem in der Küche war alles vorhanden . Als wir ankamen roch das Haus leider etwas muffig und es wurde selten gelüftet , aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit ist das aber wohl an diesem Ort bekannt . Türen klemmten etwas und uns fehlte ein Staubsauger . Der Außenbereich und der Pool ist schön gestaltet . Pool ist beheizbar , gerade im Juni hätte man sonst nicht reingehen können . Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der Agentur lief sehr gut , alle sehr freundlich . Alles im allem ein toller Urlaub in der serra da Pescaria.
