Spacious, traditional Sardinian home, with all mod cons

Lovely time at the villa and on the beach. Solanas is a small town set on a superb stretch of coast with a brilliant beach. The villa is a delight, obviously someones' home and very well cared for. Andreas meet and welcomed us and was a constant source help and information, as well as being part of the local family Ristorante de Barbera, where we had some excellent meals.

Erholung pur!

Wurden sehr freundlich und unkompliziert von Andrea empfangen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist sauber. Während unseren Aufenthalts ist die liebe Karminetta sehr behilflich gewesen. Die Unterkunft ist gut Zentral an der Südostküste Sardiniens gelegen mit schöner Aussicht. Wir würden wiederkommen. Es waren schöne erholsame Ferien.

Great house. Quiet and "vista Mare". Lots of beautiful beaches nearby.

Nice house and very clean. Helpful host and his aunt. When there is a problem, it's solved one way or the other. Andrea knows the area well and has lots of tips. The only things that could be changed, is hanging a shower curtain by the bath, and a little bit more equipement/ better backing pan in the kitchen. Andrea's family (fish)restaurant is highly recommend! Lovely fresh food, friendly service.

Ruime, nette woning met prachtig uitzicht

De woning is ruim en zeer netjes, met een grote slaapkamer met een 2-persoonsbed (met airco) en een wat kleinere slaapkamer met twee 1-persoonsbeddden (zonder airco). Grote badkamer met bad en douche. In de woonkamer is ook airco aanwezig wat zeker in de maanden juli/augustus erg prettig is. Op de veranda is het heerlijk zitten met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee en bergen. Vanaf het huis is het een klein stukje lopen naar de kleine supermarkt voor broodjes, koffiezaakje en restaurants. Ook het strand is lopend (15 minuten) te bereiken of anders met de auto. Andrea, heeft ons heel veel informatie over de omgeving, favoriete stranden, restaurants etc. geappt. Hij was altijd direct bereikbaar als we vragen hadden. En van zijn aardige tante die beneden woont, overigens merk je dit niet, kregen we verse eieren en vijgen. Al met al is dit dit een huis wat wij 100 procent aanraden. Wij hebben een top verblijf gehad. Andrea nogmaals bedankt voor de gastvrijheid. Ps: restaurant Barbara is ook zeker een aanrader. Zowel wij als onze kinderen hebben hier heerlijk gegeten,

Wonderfully located accommodation

Wonderfully located accommodation on the edge of the small village of Solanas and within easy walking distance of an excellent, scenically attractive, sandy beach. The accommodation was very well furnished with all necessary equipment and facilities. The south facing aspect overlooking a well maintained garden with views to the sea beyond was an attractive feature as was the well equipped veranda with outside seating and table. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Thoroughly recommended.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à Solanas. La maison est très belle et donne une vue superbe sur la mer et les montagnes. L'accueil d'Andrea et de Carminetta a été très chaleureux et apprécié. CASA PULITA E ACCOGLIENTE

Niente da eccepire. tutto era conforme alla descrizione. questa zona ci ha regalato una natura più selvaggia rispetto al nord Sardegna. Benché il paesino di Solanas fosse più animato nel nostro periodo, abbiamo trascorso una vacanza tranquilla, grazie soprattutto alla zona che si è rivelata la soluzione più giusta. La casa era ben pulita al nostro arrivo, circondata da un bel verde, silenziosa e con tutto l'occorrente, come da descrizione. l'accoglienza è stata super. ci torneremo. Grazieee

case oltre nostre aspettative! eccezionale Andrea

cercavamo una casa per staccare completamente la spina. essendo due famiglie avevamo bisogno di due case vicine ma separate. ed eccole qua! bravo Andrea e la zia (che abita in un piccolo monolocale situato sotto la nostra casa, attenta e premurosa). Anche la seconda famiglia (era completamente indipendente) si è trovata benissimo. non sembravano neppure case per villeggiatura. belle ed equipaggiate. siamo stati molto felici della nostra scelta e ci torneremo sicuramente. Consiglio questi luoghi. La spiaggia di Solanas è veramente bella. inoltre segnalo Punta Molentis e una gita verso l'isola dei cavoli. noi abbiamo scelto di andarci con Andrea nelle gite che preparava apposta per noi. un esperienza da incorniciare. GRAZIE DAVVERO. siete stati STUPENDI!

my best vacation

Дом находится в очень спокойном городке под названием Соланас. В этом доме больше всего мне понравился сад, тишина вокруг и уютность в самом доме. Так как у нас двое детей, сад был очень кстати.. плюс рядом нет большой дороги и везде вокруг забор, так что дети могли бегать в саду сами по себе. Рекомендую этот дом или семьям с детьми или если просто хотите тихий отдых без какой либо суеты.)))

soggiorno pregevole

Andrea e la sua zia ci hanno coccolato per tutta la durata del soggiorno. ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo della casa. pulizia e ordine a 5 stelle. abbiamo soggiornato a giugno e ci siamo trovati benissimo anche con il tempo e i servizi. Solanas è il paese della tranquillità e del mare cristallino. consigliata!!

Perfect solution!!

Perfect solution for my family. we had a very good feeling with Carminetta and Andrea, everyday ready for helping us. the house is a pretty villa, very spacious, with big garden and air condition. for our holidays there wasn't very hot so we don't use this important confort for summer. the things more important was : garden for our children, the cleaning inside the house, the possibility to eat outside. is near to the beach. walking to the beach is nice to feel the birds and looking the nice nature wich we desire to have in London. Perfect holiday. thank you!!!
