Panoramic 2 story Villa (130mq) surrounded by 1.000mq garden. Walking distance from the beach (3 min.) UPSTAIRS: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, panoramic veranda and terrace, wood-fire oven - DOWNSTAIRS: open space with full kitchen, dining area, fire place, 1 bathroom, panoramic veranda and terrace, outdoor shower, laundry room/storage.

The major shopping center, offering Bar, Gelateria, Market, Pizzeria/Restaurant, ATM is within walking distance (500m). Torre delle Stelle offers playground, soccer, tennis and basketball courts. A Pharmacy is also opened during the summer time.

EXTRA COSTS TO PAY BY CASH AT CHECK IN
Final cleaning charge € 250 for 1 week, longer stay € 300. Linen rental charge of € 20/person/week, from an industrial laundry, sanitized, optional beach towel € 5/person/week, to book in advance.

Great Easter Holidays

Nice Villa with a beautiful garden only 2 min foot walk from the beach. We had a good time with surprisingly sunny weather at this time of the year. Our contact person provided us with plenty of tips for places to visit around South Sardinia.

Delightful property and location

Our host Cinzia was very personal, helpful and attentive. The villa occupied a stunning location close to the beach, a fabulous deli/ supermarket, a bar where we enjoyed coffee and croissants each morning and a pizzeria/ fish restaurant where we dined a few times. Best of all perhaps were the many wonderful local Sardinian people who helped to make our stay so utterly pleasurable. We loved the villa and it’s various outdoor terraces and our swims in the sea, both early morning and late afternoon followed by the use of the outdoor shower. What was slightly disappointing though was that all of the sun loungers were broken, unusable as were the two beach umbrellas. We would highly recommend this villa and location which afforded us a most restful and enjoyable weeks’ stay ,as two couples, in glorious sunshine.

Schönes Sardinien

Wunderschönes Anwesen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Weg zum wunderschönen Sandstrand ist kurz. Cinzia, stets freundlich, hat immer gute Tips für die Urlauber. Dieses Anwesen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Tolles Haus, schöne Gegend

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, großes Haus. Nur wenige gehminuten vom schönen Strand entfernt. Supermärkte und Restaurants Zt in fußläufiger Nähe. Für Sightseeing und Gegend erkunden sollte man allerdings ein Auto/Mietwagen haben das es dort eher eine ruhige Gegend ist. Am Strand gibt es ein kleines Bistro mit Getränken und Snaks, Sitzmöglichkeiten sind mit Blick auf's Wasser vorhanden. Sonnenliegen, Schirme, Standuppaddling und kleine Boote sind ebenfalls mietbar. Eine Tauchschule ist auch in der Nähe. Die Hausverwalterin ist sehr engagiert und reagiert sofort auf Anfragen. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub.

My name is Andrea, I am a 42 years old Italian man born in the beautiful Mediterranean island of Sardegna. I graduated at the Liceo Scientifico G. Brotzu high-school where I received educational training about human sciences such as Philosophy, History, Literature, Art, Language and Religion. After high-school, I enrolled at the Economics and Business university. Again, I recently graduated in Hospitality and Business Management, from S.D.U.I.S. in San Diego.
Even though the Sardegna’s environment has never been multi-racial, since I was a child I have always had the opportunity to travel all around the world, with my family at first and then by myself. Traveling gave me the opportunity to know more about other cultures, and countries, which predisposed me to be curious, open minded and kept me motivated about studying a second language. Studying a second language has been very useful for me to create and preserve several international friendships. In fact, it must be said that, even if Sardegna does not have a big variety of cultures, it has always been a touristic destination for people from all over Europe, and other part of the world. Also, being such an ancient land, with a great and complex history, Sardegna is a great place to visit. About my private life, I have always led a very active lifestyle. I have always been dedicated to sports, hobbies and activities like guitar, motorbiking, windsurfing, basketball, boxing, and spelunking. I am a very reliable, responsible, and meticulous person. I love being surrounded by people and usually others rely on me to take care of the organization in general. I also have a natural predisposition for helping others whenever they need. I have always thought that my organizational skills, my open mind, my wide interests for travels, different cultures, my dedication to others and their needs could be a good propellant for a business related with tourism.
