AELIA Mini Villa

An authentic Art Mansion from 1912. Obeying the folk rules of architecture, it has been developed in a Greek Π form with practically all rooms arranged around a pebble mosaic yard, grown with a delightful variety of herbs and trees endemic of the Mediterranean. In its interior, the house preserves its original woodwork panels, frames and furniture exactly as they were at this residence’s inauguration (1938).
The wooden beams of the ceilings joyfully contrast the pebbly floors in what has been acknowledged as an exquisite specimen of the craftsmen’s skills at the time.

The main entrance, the semicircular stone arches, the pebbled floor and the inner courtyard have been preserved untouched after this area has been reconstructed and configured.
