Charming holiday loft in Rio nell'Elba

The apartment is located right in the center of the ancient Renaissance village of Rio nell'Elba, a stone's throw from the main square, close to all the services and premises of the village, while still being in a very quiet street.
Four convenient car parks are located in the immediate vicinity.

The entrance, on the street level, leads onto a stone staircase with a barrel vault lowered in terracotta, bordered by brick arches which gives directly onto the living area, located on the first floor. Upon entering, there is a large living room, with mezzanine with exposed beams, with a sofa bed (double) and one
fully equipped kitchen.

The distribution of spaces and furnishings have been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
There are in fact two double bedrooms (first floor and attic), each with an independent bathroom, to which is added a sofa bed, always double, in the living room.
Bedrooms and living room are equipped with heating and air conditioning.
The attic leads to a suggestive terrace, overlooking the surrounding hills.

Rio nell'Elba is close to many beautiful beaches, including the well-known bay
Ortano, (3 km) and Nisporto and Nisportino (4 km). Just above the city, on the road that crosses Mount Volterraio, you can admire what remains of the
Castle of the same name, built in the year 1000 on top of a rocky outcrop and with a wonderful panoramic view of the Portoferraio bay,
spectacular at sunset.
the surroundings lend themselves to many activities, from trekking to mountain biking, with trails starting right from Rio Elba; from sailing to diving.
Elba is one of the best places in the Mediterranean for diving
and the eastern part of the island is among the most suggestive.

- Lage: Nur 3 km vom Meer entfernt (mit sehr guter Busverbindung zu allen Stränden in der Nähe: in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse im Zentrum des kleinen Ortes Rio nell'Elba mit Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants. Der näheste Strand ist die bekannte Ortano Bay, hervorragend zum Schnorcheln im glasklaren Wasser oder einfach zum Entspannen. Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, Bar, Restaurant, Kanuverleih.
Andere malerische Strände befinden sich 4 km entfernt (Nisporto, ideal mit Kindern, und Nisportino).
