Cozy Condo on the Island

Location-Location! Sea Escape faces the SHADY side of the canal for maximum comfort from sunrise until sunset. There is no direct hot sun so you can enjoy sitting on the deck all day long while enjoying the fantastic views of Little Bay. Sea Escape is perfect for your weekend getaway or vacation. Enjoy Little Bay sunset while sitting on the long, shaded deck that stretches from the master bedroom to the living room. The deck hosts the best view of the July 4th fireworks exhibition without leaving the condo. Children love to feed the birds and watch the porpoise swim by from the deck while adults enjoy morning coffee or an evening beverage. Enjoy fishing off the new boardwalk right in front of the condo.

The two spacious bedrooms with large closets make it perfect for a long stay or just a weekend retreat. The newly renovated bathrooms have a tiled walk-in shower in the master and the guest bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. The living room has a sofa sleeper that will accommodate 2 and French doors that open to the deck.

Enjoy a cool swim in the communal swimming pool which includes a beautiful outdoor grill for your enjoyment. If you are a tennis or pickle ball player, bring your shoes and racquets and play on the new courts.

Everything comes furnished with your stay except food and drinks. Select cooking spices are provided.

This quiet, relaxing condo is perfect for a family vacation or just a quick quiet getaway!

Wonderful condo in Rockport Tx

If you are looking for a Condo in Rockport I highly recommend this beautiful 2 bedroom. On the water near everything beach, fishing and restaurants. All the amenities you would need for a short stay or extended. Nice safe area and the assigned parking right in front of condo. Communication was great, looking forward to our next visit. This condo was the best we’ve stayed at and we’ve stayed at a lot! Very clean, super cute, great location, good fishing. The owners are amazing just a quick text away. They thought of everything you may forget to bring on your stay, and the check in and out process was easy breezy. I highly recommend this place it’s a keeper we will definitely be back! On a side note it’s close to a place called “our country kitchen” that has the absolute best breakfast.

Very nice location this condo is right on the water! The condo was spotless and charming. There was anything you could think to need already there. Enjoy the July 4th firework show from the deck while enjoying your favorite beverage about a long hot day on the water without leaving the condo. Best view in Rockport.
The gorgeous sunrise and sunset, waking up to seeing the boats heading out for a day of fishing, hearing the seagulls and sunrise is so serene! The balcony is shaded both morning, afternoon and evening so the hot Rockport sun is never beating down on you! The perfect spot for rest and relaxation!
