Mediterranean house on the Costa del Sol Malaga

Plot of 1. 500 m2 with 2 houses, one where we live with our pets Petra Kuka and two small dogs that make us company and the other house is offered to our guests .It consists of garden, pool and parking shared private las2 houses, surrounded by greenery and noiseless. Overlooking the sea and the mountains, 5 min. walk from the beach and shopping area and 15 from the center of the city of Fuengirola, where you have all the amenities of a big city In 10 Kms. has three golf courses. We are 25 kms from Málaga and 25 of Marbella, well connected by train or bus every 20 minutes

They can enjoy the common areas of the plot that share the 2 houses and terraces, saltwater pool and sun loungers, as well as the entire garden. They will have a weekly cleaning with change of sheets and towels. A washing machine, dryer and iron. It has WIFI Zone

Obviously I am available to guests to inform them and help them in what can, and offer them for free if they wish and time permits, a fishing trip or ride our private boat around the bay of Fuengirola

Due to our mild climate, we recommend summer clothes and shoes.
Sportswear, it has large areas of hikes in the mountains, full of flora and fauna. It is a privileged position in all respects, but would emphasize its suitability for golf lovers, since its location in the geographical center of the Costa del Sol, is surrounded within walking distance and very well connected to the main fields Golf.

Our stay at Mijas

Charming house with a big garden and amazing pool. Very peaceful and quiet. The house owners are very welcoming and kind. Our dog could wander around the garden which was nice. Airco inside the house is a welcome asset.

Wonderful holiday

Perfect venue and perfect hosts for a wonderful summer holiday tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough to venture into it when you want to on foot. The swimming pool was a bonus to cool down in from the recent hot weather. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful

Wonderful 2 week stay. Property is immaculate and has everything you need. Pool area and grounds are absolutely beautiful. In a peaceful area but only 10 minutes to beach and 15 minutes to a great shopping mall. Maria Jesus and Jeronimo were great hosts. We will return.

Lovely relaxing holiday, great accommodation

The accommodation was clean, well presented and had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen. The pool was great - clean and a good size for a decent swim, and plenty of sun loungers and outside seating areas around. Maria was really helpful and friendly, and we had the added bonus of a holiday dog, Kuka who was a big hit with the kids, and I think the feeling was mutual! Shops and restaurants were just a five minute walk away, and the beach not much further, so we really did have everything we needed. Many thanks for a fabulous relaxing stay!

Amazing family holiday

We had the best time here, muchas gracias. Walking into the house it feel straight away like a home. Maria and Jero were super helpful and friendly with us and the children. We absolutely loved having Kuka, the dog, aroud, especcially the kids. Pool and garden are brilliant, with a swing set for children. Also really good for malies with young children as there is plently of games and puzzle for children. The location is perfect as is in a quiet area but still only a few minutes driving from Fuengirola centre and about 20 min from Mijas. Would 100% recommend, thinking of booking again for next year ourselves.

Not for people with walking disabilities.

The good part - We had a lovely 10 days very peaceful. The pool is brilliant, we spent a lot of time in it. We went out in a taxi every night to Fuengirola to the restaurants and bars. Which are excellent. Also the taxi service is brilliant, we used them to visit other locations. Bad part for us, we have walking disabilities.There's a need for hand rails and the road outside is very steep. There is a picture of a light coloured settee. The settee that is there is an old red thing that is very uncomfortable. Not much else to sit comfortably on. By the pool a glass had smashed (not us) but not cleaned away. The loungers were dirty. In need of a refurb. It's a shame, with a bit more care it could be an excellent choice.

Good location when travelling with (small) dogs

The house is very nice. It was clean although some of the interieur was old or broken. But this didn't bother us that much. Our dogs enjoyed the beautiful garden and the nearby hills. To us the dog beach was close enough and we could also go to the Fuengirola promenande by foot where a lot of nice restaurants are located. When we needed to use the car the nearby highway was easy to access. But it is not too close, we never heard the noise.The only things that bothered us a little bit were that there is no boundary/fence to the owners' house. We couldn't prevent our dogs from entering their space which made us a little bit uncomfortable. And the water takes minutes to get warm which is bad when you think about all the droughts and water waste.The owners are very nice and helpful. They do not speak English but with a Translator app this was no problem at all.A nice highlight of the location are the wild pigs that live nearby. They were not aggressive, and fun to watch. We kept a good distance with our small dogs or lifted them up. Idk if it would have been different with big or reactive dogs.

Lovely location and helpful owners

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Maria and family were very helpful and found us two fans for the bedrooms and an electric kettle. The pool and grounds were really nice. It was a short walk to the bus stops and a longer stroll into Fuengirola and all the amenities.

A happy, very rested and content couple

The property is very clean, is very comfortable and benefits from many outdoor spaces to enjoy the views and Sun or Shade, whatever you prefer all day long. With the pool as well it makes it so you can stay and relax all day if you desire. It is not far from the beach and can easily be reached walking, although that does require going over the road bridges and it is located 100m up an incline, so not perhaps easy for those with walking difficulties. The owners and their family are a very kind and helpful family who will offer any assistance you require but will respect your privacy as well.

Description vs. reality

A hotel in the area would probably have been better for us who wanted a quiet and peaceful rental with a private pool. We were aware that the landlord lives "behind" the rental apartment, but it is actually just above and there is no soundproofing so everything done by the landlord and family can be heard quite clearly - Very annoying and pulls down part of the experience of "peaceful and quiet "area. Furthermore, the neighboring property is close to the rental apartment and it was rented out to noisy young people who especially from midnight and 2-4 hours onwards played LOUD music * Despite the fact that it looked clean, there were ants in the kitchen, the bathroom and the room with the double bed. Although the landlord only speaks Spanish, he did try to be helpful with arm movements and a translator on the cell phone. * We may have misunderstood the ad, because it is described that there is air conditioning in all rooms, but it was only in the living room and it was therefore very hot in the rooms even though we had opened doors and windows and it was difficult to fall asleep. The area is characterized by being more busy than described. However, not everything is negative. - The pool with salt water is nice and big and despite scurrying parrots (very noisy), ants and a lot of annoying little flies, the terrace was a nice area to spend time using.

Propietarios muy amables y una perrita, Cuca, súper cariñosa!

La ubicación de la casa está en un sitio muy tranquilo y al mismo tiempo a corta distancia andando del paseo marítimo de Fuengirola y a 5 minutos en coche de un gran centro comercial. La casa por dentro cuenta con todo lo necesario y si hace falta algo los propietarios, Jerónimo y María Jesús, te lo proporcionan rápidamente. El jardín es lo mejor, muy amplio, bonito y con una gran piscina.

La perfección en una estancia

Me ha encantado la casa!! La propiedad es “una pasada” una piscina enorme, hamacas súper cómodas, todo súper bonito y cuidado... Qué me gustaría haber sabido a mí cuando encontré esta casa y dudé si sería la ideal o no... Los dueños son encantadores, a todos lo niveles. Tienen una perrita, pero ni te enteras que está. La casa es ideal para cuatro personas. Tienen de todo de menaje del hogar, leí algún comentario de q faltaba algo pero a día de hoy tienen de todo! Lo que me preocupaba a mí... la intimidad. Y María Jesús con una frase me quitó cualquier miedo “la casa es vuestra entera mientras estéis aquí” y con sus actos lo confirmó. Parecía que estábamos solos. Está muy cerquita de la playa y hay muchísimas más cerca, a un paso de Fuengirola centro y a menos de media hora de Marbella y de Málaga, aunque no te apetece salir siquiera de la casa! Un placer!!!! Millones de gracias por todo!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, avec une maison contenant le nécessaire pour un séjour parfait. La maison est très bien placé au calme, avec possibilité d’accéder à la plage et au centre-ville en cinq minutes en voiture. La plage la plus près est à cinq minutes à pied. Les propriétaires ont été au top, Avec de très bons conseils ils vivent au-dessus mais très discret lorsqu’on a besoin deux ils sont présents. Ils nous ont fait profiter d’une sortie en bateau vraiment parfaite la piscine de 10 m par 5 m avec une température de 36° était incroyable. Un séjour parfait. Merci à Geronimo et Maria...

Super séjour la maison est vraiment géniale rien à redire.la piscine est parfaite le logement donne directement sur la piscine avec une grande terrasse .meme si les propriétaires sont au dessus ils sont très discret et on a vraiment l impression d être seul.la plage se trouve à 10 min à pied c est super surtout avec nos 2 jeunes enfants .a 5min en voiture il y a un immense centre commercial avec un carrefour dedans .la location est très bien située pour visiter l andalouise .nous avons pu faire un super tour de bateau avec le propriétaire c était grandiose avec une magnifique pêche qu on a pu faire griller au barbecue par la suite .les propriétaires sont d une gentillesse exceptionnelle franchement je recommande ce logement à tous vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés et ne serez pas déçu.encore merci pour tout .

Holiday at Mijas coast

We had a lovely time at this property. It was a real home from home! If there were any issues or problems or enquiries they dealt with them straight away! A thoroughly enjoyable holiday!
