Modern house of family environment with the emblematic Seven Cities Lagoon - Island of São Miguel. Comfort, privacy, family kitchen, large garden all around, private place for parking and view privileges of the Blue Lagoon.

House modern and comfortable construction with occupancy up to 6 people, 3 bedrooms and convenient facilities. It is located in the heart of the parish of Seven Cities, next to the famous Blue Lagoon of Seven Cities and privileged view.
Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room with TV and wireless Internet. Garden all around and large lawn overlooking the lagoon. Parking place inside the property.

The whole property is reserved for our guests and they gain access to the entire house and garden.

The house is located in the parish of Seven Cities, next to the famous Blue Lagoon. è a very quiet place, long forgotten and where they can have various adventures around: Hiking, horseback riding, biking, canoeing, surfing Plade in the pond, windsurfing etc ... A 10 Minutes drive have the beach of Mosteiros and natural pools and 15 minutes from the SPA and the bahia Smithy.

The parish of Seven Cities is 25 klm from the city of Ponta Delgada and takes about 30 minutes drive from the airport John Paul II. The best way to get around is by having your own car.

Lovely house with lake views

This house was perfect- very clean and modern and situated perfectly for exploring the area. Our family (4 adults, 2 children) has plenty of space and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. We really appreciated the generous welcome basket (as there was not a large grocery nearby) and a wonderful restaurant is right across the street. The fenced backyard was a perfect place for kids to play. Of all the places we’ve ever rented, this was the cleanest! We really enjoyed are stay and would come again.

Nice location with issues

It is a nice property, but we had ants in the kitchen and a wet bathroom floor around the toilet/tub area in the lower bathroom during our whole stay. The manager told us that these type of things happen in country homes, and no adjustments would be made our bill, disappointing!

Big house

The house is very near the lake on the main road. There is a good view from the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen is functional (only basic staff was provided ). Garden is ok but has no view. Bathrooms are very dark. Bedrooms are ok (all Ikea furniture, mattresses ok but pillows uncomfortable). it feels a bit impersonal but I guess that is because it is a holiday house. The location is good if you like walking as there are several trails you can reach without driving. The lady at check in did not speak English at all but was very nice. Communication with manager was a bit erratic. No details were provided regarding shops, recycling etc. in the house manual. A good base if you want to say in Sete Cidades and walk.

We have just come back from a lovely stay in this property. It is clean and spacious, with all the equipment you would require. The property is in a beautiful part of the island. Would recommend car hire so you can explore a beautiful island. Had a really great holiday.

A wonderful house in the heart of Sete Cidades

Based on other reviews, we decided to opt for this wonderful house right next to the two lagoons in Sete Cidades - Lagoa Azul & Lagoa Verde. Our group was made of 4 adults and one baby. We were absolutely astonished by the house, it exceeded our expectations as it looked even better than the photos provided. The owners were also very kind and understanding regarding our late arrival, they were also very professional in their communication. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a welcoming package in the house consisting of fruits, a bottle of wine, basic food necessities and plenty of breads. The house was very clean, there were fresh bed sheets and towels provided, and we really felt very quickly at home. The beautiful garden rounded up our experience. Utensils, cookware, a washing machine, a dishwasher, hairdryers - anything you would need in your daily routine is available. The only thing we regret is that we could only stay for 5 nights due to our travel plan, but we are looking forward to coming back to Camellia House once again soon.

schönes Haus

Wir vier waren vom 1.8. bis 15.8. 2017 in diesem Haus. Es ist ein komplett augestattetes Haus, mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Schere, Sonnenmilch, Geschirrspültaps, Handtüchern und vielem mehr. Wir mussten am Anreisetag nicht gleich einkaufen, da die Vermieterein uns schon ein paar Sachen eingekauft hat. Das Haus hat in der oberen Etage 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche. Ein Schlafzimmer hat den tollen Ausblick zum blauen See. Das andere Schlafzimmer (mit Babybett) liegt zu Straße hin. In der unteren Etage ist die Küche, ein Bad mit Wanne, ein Schlafzimmer (zur Straße hin) und der Eingangsbereich/Wohnbereich. Es ist alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Paar Sachen wären verbesserbar. Es gibt leider zu wenig Haken, um die Handtücher im Bad aufzuhängen. Im oberen Bad gab es 2 Haken und im unteren lediglich eine kleine Stange zum rüberhängen von höchstens zwei Handtücher. Auch eine kleine Ablage in der Dusche (für Shampoo und co) wäre nicht schlecht. Im Eingangsbereich des Hauses befindet sich kein einziger Haken, um seine Jacke aufzuhängen, so dass die Jacken immer über dem Sofa hingen. Das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, der Urlaub in diesem Haus war sehr schön. In wenigen Fußminuten waren wir am blauen See und konnten baden oder Kayak fahren. Auch gab es dort ein Restaurant. Die Touristeninfo war ebenfalls nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt und es konnte uns dort immer sehr freundlich weitergeholfen werden.

Tolles Haus

Wir - Eltern und zwei Kinder (12 und 16 Jahre) - sind erst am späten Abend im Haus angekommen und waren trotz Müdigkeit sofort beeindruckt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und zur Begrüßung stand ein Korb mit Obst, Cornflakes, Milch, sagt, Wein etc. bereit. Durchgehende Matratzen und Decken in jedem Bett haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden. Die Aussicht und der große gepflegte Garten komplettieren das Bild. Waschmaschine, Luftentfeuchter und Elektroheizung stehen zur Verfügung. Gleich gegenüber hat ein Teehaus eröffnet, dass regionale Produkte wie Sandwiches, Toasts, Salate, Kuchen und Tee anbietet....sehr lecker und preiswert. Wir waren zwar auch viel unterwegs, haben uns aber immer auf unser Haus gefreut. Ich werde es gerne weiter empfehlen.

Una casa con todo el menage necesario tanto de cocina como de ropa de casa,no hemos encontrado a faltar de nada todo y siendo exigentes con nuestros proveedores, limpieza e indicaciones perfectas con un jardin en condiciones perfectad para disfrutar del panorama .Como defecto a mejorar, solo indicar la insuficiente luz en uno de los baños.(de fàcil solución) las bombillas de leds de la "República" son muy malas.Felicidades

Maison moderne et spacieuse dans un cadre idyllique

Superbe maison moderne et fonctionnelle, très bien équipée avec une vue imprenable sur la caldeira depuis la chambre. Nous sommes une famille de 5 avec 3 ados qui ont bien apprécié le confort de la literie ! Nous avons également aimé la corbeille de fruits et le pack petit déjeuner à l'arrivée, et le ménage fait pendant notre séjour. De beaux livres à consulter qui nous ont bien aidé dans notre visite de l'ile. Bref des prestations de qualité dans l'un des endroits les plus beaux de l'ile. Nous recommandons la balade sur les deux lacs en canoe hawaien, très sympa en famille.

Top location and stylish too!

The Sete Cidades Caldeira is of course one of the hot spots on Sao Miguel, well this house is right in the center of it. It is a very stylishly renovated house (I'm fond of minimalistic design) and offers all comfort one can wish for. Welcome package on top and we did immediately feel at home. Super clean too. I certainly do recommend this place for a 2-3 night stay, certainly to nature lovers and hikers.
