HOLIDAYS IN VALENCIA

Apartment located very close to the capital of Valencia, just 4 kms from the center and very close to the beach. Tram stop 100 meters from the apartment, with direct access to the center of valencia and also to the beach of Malvarrosa. It is a third floor with elevator, and with lots of light, as all rooms face the street. It has a terrace balcony and a smaller balcony. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and there is also air conditioning in the dining room and fans in the bedrooms. There are two full bathrooms with shower, and it is a very quiet place to rest, outside the nocturnal noise of the capital. The costs of electricity and water will be charged separately, depending on the readings in the meters.

Great Experience

My family and I stayed in Valencia for a week and have a great experience drying at the property. There are a couple of supermarkets and grocery stores within walking distances. The property manager is accessible and provided quick response. It is a quiet neighborhood and within easy access to train and road network to tourist spots in Valencia.
