Aufenthalt war super, alles genau wie beschrieben. Es hat uns von der Ausstattung an nix gefehlt. Gewünscht hätten wir uns nur eine Klimaanlage( mobile) im Schlafzimmer.

Fijn huis in rustige omgeving

Komt goed overeen met de foto’s en de beschrijving van de advertentie. Buiten douche was fijn, de helft van de keuken buiten zorgt ervoor dat je tijdens het koken veel heen en weer moet lopen tussen fornuis en wasbak. Maar dat went wel.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce logement.Communication claire avec l'hôte, logement propre, terrasse très agréable et un petit plus pour la douche extérieure qui change de l'ordinaire.Une amélioration pourrait être faite sur le nécessaire de cuisine (sac poubelle, produit vaisselle, produit lave vaisselle qui n'étaient pas en quantité suffisante)Mais cela ne gache en rien l'expérience du logement. Si nous étions amenés à revenir à Majorque, nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce logement.

Quiet place to relax

Charming little house, far from the crowd. Very comfortable and fully equipped. We had our own space but were not far from Palma or Port Alcudia (within 30 minutes by car) I highly recommend this place for those who would like to relax.

Der Vermieter konnte weder englisch noch deutsch deshalb war es etwas schwierig mit der Kommunikation.Küchenausstattung war schon in die Jahre gekommen und teils schmutzig.

Bonne experience

Nous avons passé de très bons moments à Lloseta, la maison est très sympa et le jardin très agréable. Il est très facile de se rendre à Palma en train, la gare est à 10 minutes à pied de la maison.

An Island in Mallorca

Within Lemon-, Fig- Almond- and other trees we enjoyed our holiday. Except for the moskitos it was a great place to stay! Thank you very much.

Wonderful!

Beautiful house. Very quiet and peaceful. Absolutely LOVED the outside shower and kitchen. Margaretha was very nice and responded quickly. I would recommend this house to people who want to have a less turistic experience.

Séjour à lloseta

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison Idéalement située pour visiter l’île dans un rayon de 30 à 40 minutes. Très jolies cette île avec une diversité de paysages et relief… très belles découvertes Nous étions toujours contents de revenir dans la maison fraîche décorée avec goût. La douche extérieure est une merveille ,la terrasse est vraiment agréable, le jardin magnifique. Un carnet est a notre disposition pour nous guider merci pour les bons conseils. N’hésitez pas si vous avez envie de vivre un séjour calme et loin des touristes le village est accueillant et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin… même d’excellents restaurants et l’entièreté de l’île est à portée de mains

juste très agréable

nous ne garderons que de bons souvenirs de cette petite maison majorquine idéalement située pour rayonner dans toute l'île (serra de Tramuntana, côte nord-est proche d'Arta) et le train qui passe dans Lloseta est bien pratique pour se rendre à Palma cette maison est très pratique avec tous les équipements pour rendre le séjour agréable, on sent que des gens y habitent et y ont habité, et les photos de sa construction et de son évolution lui donnent une âme la douche extérieure ainsi qu'une partie de la cuisine ne sont pas un handicap compte tenu de la période de l'année, tout au contraire, et la véranda permet de passer de bons moments dans ce paysage de verger méditerranéen bref, que du plaisir, et un merci a tous notamment Marga pour ses petits bouquets de fleurs de bougainvillée....

Cozy and calm accommodation

Our stay was very nice. The accommodation is different in a positive way! You are literally forced to calm down. If you are open to a slightly different experience, you will be pleasantly surprised. We also liked the outdoor shower and the garden with the various fruits. The location is perfect for exploring the island with a rental car, but you have to be aware that you are not directly on the seaside. You need just 20 to 30 minutes to Palma and in all other directions you need one hour max. There is also a train connection to Palma, but we did not use it, so we cannot say anything about it, but you need just 5 minutes to reach the station. The communication with the landlord went smoothly despite the language barrier. Also everyone was very nice. For a vacation close to nature in a simple accommodation far from the crowds, this place is perfect! In sum, we would book the accommodation again for another round trip.

Guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung Mallorcas

Wir waren für 8 Tage in diesem Haus. Es entsprach der Beschreibung in allen Punkten. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war gut und noch besser war sie mit Margarita, die das Haus übergab und stets erreichbar war. Besonders schön war das Grundstück mit Zitronen, Granatäpfeln, Mandeln ... Unser Vorschlag für eine Verbesserung: bequeme Stühle. Praktisch ist die Lage: binnen 10 Fußminuten ist man am Bahnhof, so dass z. B. ein Ausflug nach Palma ohne Auto und Parkplatzsuche hervorragend klappt; wir fuhren von Palma auch weiter mit dem Bus nach Valdemossa und Soller.

Super séjour à Majorque

Nous étions 3 amies venues visiter Majorque. Le logement est parfait pour trois personnes. Nous avons eu une très bonne communication avec Michèle et sa cousine Marga qui nous a très bien accueilli. Le lieu est très agréable à 20-25 min en train de Palma. Lloseta est très bien desservit pour aller dans les autres villes et villages. La douche extérieure est top avec les fortes chaleurs que nous avons eues. Mais cette chaleur attire aussi les moustiques donc n'hésitez pas à prévoir du répulsif. Merci pour tout Michèle

Traumhaft!

Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. In der Finca ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Außendusche ist der Hammer. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön und auf der Terrasse kann man abends gemütlich sitzen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Nur unbedingt mit Mückenspray eindecken. Die ganze Insel ist voll von den Viechern. Es gab ein kleines Problem, mit dem Wasser, welches quasi sofort gelöst wurde. Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Urlaub und wenn es zeitlich passen sollte, werden wir sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Tolle Finca schön ruhig gelegen

Es blüht alles in einer tollen Farben Pracht und der Garten ist der Wahnsinn. Sehr zu empfehlen. Lediglich die Betten waren sehr sehr unbequem (man spürte deutlich die Federn) Und im Sommer sollte man dringend am Mückenspray denken da die Fenster leider keine netze haben wurden wir die ersten zwei Nächte total zerstochen

Lovely place

Es war alles super! Sehr netter Empfang ink pick up von der station, sodass wir kein Gepäck tragen mussten. Alles super sauber, volle Ausstattung und einfach wunderschöne kleine finca zum Wohlfühlen. Supermarkt und kleine Läden und Bars in Spaziergangnähe und auch ein super Ausgangs Punkt zum Radfahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
