Secluded location on a small hill above the Maremma, high quality and fully equipped, handicapped accessible, 1 bedroom with two single beds or a double bed (200cmx160cm), 1 room with a large sofa or a double bed (200cmx160cm), TV and WiFi, washing machine and dishwasher, air conditioning and central heating,, underfloor heating in the bathroom, folding seat in the shower, large, covered terraces, comfortable loungers, many different seats, romantic garden pavilion, large tufa grill in the garden, herb garden for self-service, shady carport, best, certified drinking water from your own well, pets warmly welcome.
Our holiday home is also ideal for the cooler months. Without the great summer heat and many tourists, you can visit the beautiful cultural sites of Tuscany on day trips!
