The apartment is in an ancient and recently restructured village close to San Gimignano. Nestled among a wood of centuries-old trees with a 360° view over the hills and vineyards. Volterra, Siena, Monteriggioni and Florence are less than 20 miles away. In San Gimignano there are restaurants, supermarkets, winebars and numerous handicraft shops.
For Le Fontanelle guests, a spacious private pool is available with a sundeck and cold/hot showers.
The village is also equipped with a barbecue area and a dedicated area for outdoor meals.

Wonderful Casa

Peaceful, relaxing place to stay after the hussel and bussel of Rome and Florence. Good location to explore beautiful Tuscany but as they say on the details you need a car. Not far from San Gimignano for supermarket, resturants and exploring before the tour buses arrive!Would love to stay here again.

Just perfect !

Just perfect ! Great stay in Tuscany ! The house is really very nice and the environment is very quiet. Our daughers and we have also appreciated the swimming pool. In addition the house is close to the famous places like San Gimignano, Fiorenze, Pisa, Sienna... Again I'd say ""just perfect. Thanks Lory & Daniele for giving us some good tips about Toscany.

Séjour parfait !

Nous avons passé une semaine d'exception à La Casina. L'appartement est très confortable, très propre et très bien équipé. Le domaine Le Fontanelle est un havre de paix d'où il est facile d'explorer la Toscane, tout en profitant de moments de détente à la piscine. Un grand merci à Lorie et Dany pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse, leurs conseils avant et pendant notre séjour.

Wonderful holidays in tuscany

We had a great Time in "la casina" The house is very functional and lovely décorated with a nice view from the terrace The childrens appeciated the swimming pool. San gimignano is one of the most beautiful place in toscany countryside Lory and Dany were really Nice guest. They gave us very good advices for visit and restaurants. We strongly recommend this location

Fabulous!

Lory and Dani kindly greeted us upon our arrival and made sure we had the lay of the land. The apartment is nicely decorated and the perfect size for our family of four. The sofa bed was perfect for our second child to sleep in. The pool was a very refreshing necessity during our stay in the midst of a heat wave! Lory and Dani were easy to get hold of and quickly added our requested extra wifi due to our teenager's excessive use... I would definitely recommend this property near beautiful San Gimignano.

Beautiful appartment ideally located

Beautiful appartement located in the heart of Tuscany, close to San Gimignano and Volterra. Nice terrace with view on the woods. Well equiped (fully coping with the description). Very good contact with the owners, Lory and Daniele. The environment is quiet, excepted on Saturdays when the roads close to the facility become a race track for the motorbikes. No a big problem, there are so many nice places to visit in Tuscany !

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. The appartement is very well appointed and close to the pool with a little terrace. The house is close to every nice places from Tuscany (Sienna, Firenze, Volterra, San Gimignano). A good address for good holydays.

Wonderfull holiday in great appartment

The appartment was beautifull. All one needs for a great Holiday was available and in perfect condition AND clean. Location is amazing: quiet but still close enough from the beautifull city San Gimignano. The pool was shared with renters from the building next to our small house but often we were alone in the pool. An address we will remember next time we go back to Tuscany.
