A NEST apartment above the roofs of the Old Town, for those wanting a comfortable stay in the heart of the city within walking distance of all the treasures of this city, and the events that the city offers, warmly decorated, and equipped with everything to use it at best, easy to reach and easy parking indoor and on the surface and free, on request, two bicycles to 'fly' over the city.

This free WIFI connection to the network, but with traffic limited to 100 MB or 750 MB daily weekly

CAUTION !!! The price of daily and weekly stay (7 nights) described in the rates, is related only to the rental of the apartment. Upon your arrival, or near your arrival, however, before the delivery of the key, you will be requested € 15 per person for each day of stay, as compensation for utilities (water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, essential products such as bath soaps and kitchen / house) bed linen and towels, final cleaning, also including the city tax of € 1,50 per person per day.
Supplement for any use of heating only in winter season from November 1 to March 31 in 1 € / mc extent have occurred together.

Molto carino e accogliente

L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione dentro le mura di Lucca. È ben equipaggiato e molto ben tenuto, curato nei dettagli, molto pulito. Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile. Decisamente consigliato!

Un apartamento fantástico.

Sin duda es uno de los mejores apartamentos en los que he estado. Cuidado hasta el último detalle, reúne todos los requisitos para una estancia realmente placentera y poder disfrutar así de Lucca en las mejores condiciones. A un paso del centro, cerca de la muralla y dormir con el solo si¡sonido del cantar de los pájaros. Roberto el dueño, es una persona encantadora que se ofreció a trasladarme de, y a la estación y además de ofrecerme todo tipo de ayuda me dejo una cesta de bienvenida con una botella de Chianti y productos Toscanos. Por si fuera poco, ds bicicletas estarán tau disposición para pasear una ciudad eminentemente ciclista. Ha sido una experiencia fantástica que recomiendo sin dudar a todo el que quiera visitar Lucca.

Exceptional, beautiful apartment!

What a wonderful apartment! The location is perfect! Close to the walls to go for a bike ride, close enough to go outside of the walls to visit the supermarket, close enough to walk everywhere within the ancient walls. Roberto is a wonderful host! He fetched us from the train station, showed us around and provided maps, events detail etc. And what a wonderful surprise that he had a welcome basket ready on our arrival at the apartment. We had the most wonderful week in Lucca! Roberto is always very helpful and friendly. We are definitely returning in 2 years time. Awesome, amazing!!! Thank you Roberto!!!!! You made us feel so welcome and the apartment was spotless, clean and the photos on the website are exactly what the apartment looks like. Returning forsure!

Super vakantie gehad! Mid...

Super vakantie gehad! Midden in het oude centrum van Lucca (met gratis parkeerplaats op loopafstand net buiten stadsmuur), gezellig pleint op 75 meter van appartement. Daarnaast schoon appartement met alles er op en eraan. Vriendelijke verhuurder die in geval van vragen/problemen voor je klaar staat. Klein minpuntje is het ontbreken van balkon/tuin, maar met de groene stadsmuur op 25 meter afstand een perfect alternatief om tussen de Italianen in het park te zitten. Een echte aanrader.

We have lived in this house for a few years and being in the center of Lucca we think it is a convenient place to offer those who want to visit, besides being a warm and comfortable place for short stays.

What makes this property unique

In a city where the houses shake each other the light struggling to make, so it is not for this 50 square meter apartment with nine windows, open on three sides and on the fourth floor, where light caresses him throughout the day.
