Super location dans un endroit magnifique

L'appartement vraiment tres bien : propre et tres bien équipé d'une part, tres bien situé (plage et commerces à proximité d'autre part. Le sejour fonctionnel, les couchages tres confortables et la terrasse... parfaite pour les petits dejeuners face à la mer! Le livret d'accueil est tres complet, le propriétaire tres sympa.. Bref une super location dans un endroit magnifique.

une vue mer formidable. appartement fonctionnel

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez M. Demoly. la vue mer du matin au soir est simplement parfaite. La terrasse est bien agencée avec sa table face à la mer et ses transats. La cuisine est complète et le couchage est de bonne qualité. Nous avons apprécié le livre d'accueil et ce qu il faut visiter dans la région. Merci encore pour ce séjour.

Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables. L'ile de beauté porte très bien son nom. Avons profité de la plage et effectué de nombreuses visites. L'appartement est très bien situé et très bien équipé. Il correspond parfaitement au descriptif (photos, équipements, commodités,......) Le propriétaire met à disposition des livres d'info (resto, plages, visites,..) Nous avons également profité de la très belle vue sur la baie d'Ajaccio et des iles sanguinaires. Possibilité de garer la voiture juste devant l'appart (pas de problème de parking) Je recommande cette location. Merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

"Appartement en rez de jardin avec vue mer très bien placé : la plage à pieds, les commerces de Porticcio à proximité et la vue mer magnifique de l''appartement. Idéal pour profiter de la mer du matin au soir. Pratique aussi : j''ai pu garer ma voiture contre l''appartement pour décharger mes valises. Côté confort, l''appartement a été entièrement refait et tout est neuf. Donc rien à dire. La literie est parfaite. Les enfants ont apprécié les lits supperposés et les matelats sont de bonne qualité. Et pour le prix, j''ai cherché et je n''ai pas trouver mieux que cela dans ce petit coin de paradis et surtout avec la plage à pieds. Donc je recommande. En plus le proprio est très sympa. Allez, bonnes vacances à tous !"

"Nous avons été très satisfait de ce séjour. L''emplacement de cet appartement correspond à ce que nous cherchions : Aller à la plage à pied en 2/3 minutes. Coté équipement, le propriétaire a tout prévu, la cuisine est toute neuve. Merci encore pour ce sejour et cette vue mer superbe."
