Great value, great vacation city

Our family of four, two adults and two 5 years old children, stayed at this apartment for two weeks during December 2017. The apartment is situated in the heart of Arguineguin. The cleanliness and comfort in the apartment exceeded our expectation. The landlord was exceptionally hospitable and professional. The access to parking, supermarkets and restaurants was outstanding. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and if we would go back to Arguineguin, we would for sure stay at this place again.

Meget pen og praktisk leilighet

Eieren var en gentleman og hjelpsom. Han skaffet drosje både til og fra flyplassen og besvarte alle våre spørsmål. Leiligheten hadde eget vaskerom med vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Sparbutikken i samme hus var fantastisk. Det eneste vi savnet var en balkong. Kan det lages en takterrasse på taket ?, da blir leiligheten mer attraktiv.

Mycket trevlig och fräsch lägenhet!

Trevlig lägenhet som ligger väldigt centralt. Nära till mataffär och bussar. Tyvärr blir det då, mycket trafik som hörs. Saknar balkong och havsutsikt, men annars har allt varit utmärkt bra. Nära till härliga promenader i bergen och inga långa avstånd till restauranter och bad. Rymlig och bra lägenhet som man kan bo länge i, allt finns. Köket är bra, men tyvärr dålig belysning ovanför arbetsbänkar, mycket bra tvättstuga med torktumlare. Fräscht och rent! Ägaren är mycket mån om att allt är bra! Vi trivdes och hade gärna stannat ännu längre än fem veckor. Lena och Claes från Sverige

Perfecto

La vivienda está perfecta. Grande para dos, atrezatisima y modernisima. El lecho es muy bueno, lo esencial par bien dormir. El apartamento es igual a las fotos y al descriptivo. Es decir echo con horandez. Le falta el balcón y la vista sobre el mar. Pero eso cuesta mucho más en Argeneguín. Si no hay mejor para este precio.

Very nice appratment

Appartment is very nice, big and complete. It's near sea and boulevard and the Spar downstairs is convenient. There is no balcony, but with everything closeby it's ok. The street is a bit noisy. Owners are very friendly and helpful. We had a great week!

Perfect ordered and tasteful decorated apartement in the center of Arguineguin

Modern furnished and tasteful decorated apartement close to the most prominent supermarkt in town. Perfect place to stay several days in the sunny south of Gran Canaria. The lessor is very nice and friendly. We would be happy to come again.

Mi chiamo Paola, sono italiana ed ho soggiornato per 40 giorni in questo appartamento nel centro di Arguineguin. L appartamento é davvero comodo, ampio, soleggiato e ben arredato. La posizione é altrettanto comoda, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di sabbia del paese. Il proprietario dell'appartamento, il signor Juan, é una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile per qualsiasi necessitá o domanda. Consiglio a tutti di alloggiare in questo appartamento in arguineguin... il posto é davvero molto piacevole. Spero di poter tornare presto!!!

Un apartamento excelente en un lugar hermoso!!!

Antes que nada hay que resaltar el servicio, amabilidad y generosidad del Señor Juan. He viajado por varios lugares dentro y fuera de Europa pero como la atención del Sr. Juan no he visto en ningun lado. El departamento es muy cómodo, limpio y muy funcional. En mi caso fui yo y mi esposa pero una para con 2 niños estaria muy bien en el. Tiene todo lo que necesita para los quehaceres diarios desde preparar la comida hasta higiene personal y del apartamento. Y si le hace falta algo no incluido en el apartamento tenga por seguro que Juan lo soluciona. Esta ha sido mi primera vez y doy por hecho que no la ultima. Lo recomiendo fervientemente!!! Por mi lado hasta muy pronto!!!

Y ya van cuatro años consecutivos disfrutando nuestras vacaciones en este apartamento, magficamente ubicado en una zona tranquila y cerca de todo en Arguineguin. La hospitalidad de Juan(propietario) como siempre, muy preocupado de que este todo ok. Un placer que seguramente haga que haya una quinta vez.
