Spectacular home in the best location. Clean home, beautiful decor, stocked with amenities, and super comfortable beds. The game room loft was an awesome addition! Location to the gondola and downtown was excellent. Host communication was great! Our family had an amazing stay! Thank you!

Communication was great and the house is in an awesome spot. House is great for a bunch of people (and is showing a little wear) but the kitchen is well equipped and we had a blast! Solid place to get in some quality time.

Excellent location near Peak 8 with a bus stop right outside, which made getting around easy. We stayed with family members as a group of 11 (10 adults and 1 child) and brought our dog. The pet-friendly setup and fenced-in backyard were a huge plus, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We would absolutely stay here again

This house is perfect for a large group or family. Location is prime for getting to Peak 7 & 8. Kitchen well equip for cooking. Spacious game room and family room for gathering and watching movies. Highly recommend this home.

The house is a large and a nicely kept VRBO Rental. I want to brag on the vacation rental company who managed my rental; Resort Town Properties, specifically Lauren. I rolled into town before checking-in and decided to buy some groceries. When I got to the coffee isle, I realized that I did not know what type of coffee maker they had at the house, a drip or a keurig. I emailed the property manager and I had my answer before I left the coffee isle! When the internet provider was having problems, we could not get the Roku TVs to work, and all of our iPhones kept dropping wifi, I wrote again. I had answers and knew what to expect in less than ten minutes! So many vacation rentals leave you completely on your own!If I am able to return to Breckenridge, I will likely to book my stay at Tatonka!-Dottie Bella, July 2026

Home was very clean. Everything was as stated and in working order. Only suggestion for families with little ones, as we had a 9-month-old, would be to have a gate on site for the stairs. We had to makeshift a barricade and there is no way for travelers to carry one on plane, just a suggestion. We loved our stay.

We loved the house it had plenty of room and the location was great. The shuttle was at the end of the driveway which was so convenient. Definitely would rent it again.

Great family house

We had a super relaxing stay in super clean fun family house with separate game area for kids, outdoor yard for dog and lots of bedrooms and sleeping options. And easy walk to base of peak 8 for morning coffee at Ullr. Loved it.

Great setup for multiple family ski trip

We had a lovely time with our extended family. The location is so convenient to the Peak 8 base area, which was perfect for our kiddos to explore and easy to take the little ones back home for naps. All of the accommodations were great for our group and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you for sharing this great home with us. We hope to be back for another ski trip soon!

Breck spring skiing

Found this property through VRBO on line. We needed 5 BR and hoped for easy access to slopes. House was roomy and comfortable, great for family time and meals. Gold line bus route 30 seconds from door. Found bus service awesome, 1 stop, 2 minutes to base of Peak8.

Wonderful stay!

We loved this home. We stayed for the month of Feb. Location was perfect with a shuttle stop at the top of the driveway. Short ride to peak 7 and 8 and downtown. Lots of room and a great hot tub! Lauren, the property manager was great to work with! We will be back one day!

The property was beautiful, nicer than the pics!

This property is closely located to Peak 8 and the shuttle stop is just steps away. We were two families with grandparents and had lots of space for everyone. Our kids loved the games room and the adults loved the outdoor hot tub. If we return to Breckenridge again this house will be on the top of our list!
