Acogedora

Adecuada para visitar Cagliari y alrededores, Bien equipada, muy amplia y muy limpia.La atención del propietario muy buena. Como inconveniente no dispone de parking propio pero no tuvimos gran problema en aparcar por los alrededores en Agosto.

Fantástico

Bonita casa de tres plantas, muy acogedora, y muy bien cuidada. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y bonitas, y un gran patio interior. Los propietarios son muy amables, atentos y simpáticos Está a 18 kilómetros del centro de Cagliari Es un poco complicado aparcar por la zona en agosto. La recomendamos!!

Jorge e la sua famiglia sono stati degli ospiti amabilissimi. Educati e molto riservati. I bambini graziosi e molto simpatici. Come se li conoscessimo da tanto tempo. E' stato un onore per noi averli conosciuti. Abbiamo comunicato senza problemi. Ospiti perfetti. Asta la vista Jorge, Maria, Jorge e Blanca da Paolo, Antonella, Billy Joe e Wolf.

Excelente

Una casa fantástica, nueva, con todas las necesidades cubiertas Y MUY LIMPIA. En un entorno de tranquilidad, familiar, ideal para familias. Es necesario tener coche para poder desplazarte, todo y que está muy cerca de la capital, Cagliary. En la misma calle es complicado aparcar, pero girando en la primera de las calles, al final, hay mucho sitio para aparcar, y es cerca de la casa a tres minutos. Cerca, a unos 5 minutos en coche,hay un centro comercial para poder comer y un Carrefour muy grande. Paolo y Antonella son unas personas excelentes, muy simpáticas y atentas a todas las necesidades. En resumen un placer haber estado en su casa. Lo recomiendo. Un 10.

L'appartement correspond à la description , lieu TRÈS calme, TRÈS propre, Antonella et Paolo sont très accueillants, en signe de sympathie une petite bouteille de vin sarde vous attend! Si vous avez une voiture elle sera garée dans la rue mais nous avons remarqué que la rue est sous vidéo surveillance. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité .(Carrefour market 5 min en voiture) pour aller à Cagliari nous avons opté pour le bus lignes 30 et 31 à 3 minutes à pieds de l'appartement trajet: 20-25 min. Pour prendre le métro, de l'appartement il faut d'abord prendre la voiture jusqu'à la station de métro (parking gratuit) ou bien prendre depuis l'appartement le bus puis le métro . Nous recommandons cet appartement .

Siamo rimasti molto contenti, Iva, Tony e il loro bellissimo bambino sono stati degli ospiti educatissimi. Socievoli, educati e molto contenti, sempre sorridenti e tranquilli. Hanno lasciato la casa super pulita e ordinata, molto organizzati e calorosi. Siamo orgogliosi di aver conosciuto una famiglia molto affiatata.

Une location de vacances spacieuse et agréable

La maison se trouve dans une cour, au calme. Elle est spacieuse, très bien entretenue, et correspond aux photos proposées. Les propriétaires, Antonella et Paolo, habitent sur place et sont à la fois très gentils et disponibles. Nous n'avons pas eu de problème pour trouver une place de stationnement dans la rue (gratuit). On trouve des petits commerces à proximité. Nous recommandons cette location.

Siete stati degli ospiti molto riservati e tranquilli. Nessun problema per comunicare, anzi avete avuto pazienza con il nostro francese......Il parcheggio sulla strada è gratuito e a seconda dell'orario è pieno, ma basta fare il giro dell'isolato e si trova tranquillamente certo non d'avanti al portone!!!! Un saluto affettuoso ai ragazzi, Wolf li aspetta ancora!!!! Arrivederci a presto, Paolo e Antonella.

Muy buen trato

El trato recibido fue muy bueno, la casa estaba en perfecto estado y no tuvimos ningún tipo de problema en ningún momento, perfecto para una familia de 4 o para 2 parejas. Muy recomendable si pretendes estar en la zona del sur

perfetta!

Siamo stati presso casa Contini dal 02/08/15 al 16/08/15, nonostante il gran caldo siamo stati benissimo grazie all'aria condizionata presente in tutta la casa. Immobile pulito e ben attrezzato, non manca nulla! Posizione comoda a tutti i servizi. Padroni di casa davvero gentili, disponibili, simpatici e discreti... Sicuramente da tenere in considerazione per il futuro e da consigliare a quanti desiderano visitare il sud della Sardegna!
