Casa Fabrizio apartment is located on the restructuring of very short length of the town, in a quiet area just a few steps from the sea and the marina. Very convenient for its location as close to all amenities such as restaurants, bank, post office, supermarket, bus stop, beach. The house, located at the ground floor has a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds or a double bed, bathroom with shower, living room with double sofa bed and kitchen. It also has a veranda with table, chairs and a parasol where you can taste the best of Sicily in front of a breathtaking panorama.
New furniture and well cared for in a sober, supplied with crockery, iron, ironing board, drying rack, washing machine, dryer, TV, home appliances and kitchen accessories to complete.

Balestrate - Casa Fabrizio

The Apartment was very spacious and clean. We were pleasantly surprised to be picked up from the train station which was a great help on a hot day after a long journey with children. The location is excellent. The town center is two minutes walk and there are two beaches appropriately 15 minutes walk away. We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Fabrizio.

Soggiorno splendido

Abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Fabrizio per due settimane con le nostre due figlie. L'appartamento è molto pulito, ordinato, luminoso e spazioso. I proprietari seguono con cura e personalmente l'immobile sotto tutti i punti di vista e questo si nota davvero. Anna e Daniele sono stati molto disponibili, accoglienti e hanno sempre risposto rapidamente a ogni nostra necessità, fornendoci anche utili consigli. La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario e i letti sono comodi, con doghe in legno e materassi molto recenti. Anche biancheria e stoviglie sono in perfetto stato e tutto è molto pulito. La veranda è un comodo spazio da cui si gode la vista del mare. Temevamo un po' la vicinanza delle rotaie, ma il treno passa di rado, è piccolo e il rumore si nota appena. Nel periodo di soggiorno (ultime due settimane di luglio) abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio sotto casa e l'appartamento è a due passi dal centro, con tutti i negozi e servizi necessari. C'è una piccola spiaggia di sassi e scogli proprio vicino a casa e un'altra raggiungibile a piedi in una decina di minuti. Spostandosi un poco, anche restando a Balestrate, si raggiungono spiagge davvero molto belle. Siamo stati davvero bene e da qui abbiamo potuto visitare, spostandoci comodamente in auto, molti luoghi nella punta occidentale dell'isola, da Palermo a Selinunte. Ringraziamo di cuore Anna e Daniele per aver contribuito a rendere meravigliosa la nostra vacanza!

Paradise!!

What a wonderful apartment my family and I had the opportunity to live in for 2 weeks while visiting family. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We could not have been happier. The views were spectacular. Anna and Daniel were awesome!! They gave us privacy but if we needed anything they responded immediately. Definitely will be back!!! Bellissima location

Arrivati in ritardo per problemi della nave siamo stati attesi e ricevuti dal Sig.Daniele che ci ha mostrato la casa.Perfetta,in'ordine pulitissima e dove non manca nulla.Vista stupenda a due passi dal mare e a due passi dal centro del paese....ripeto non manca nulla.Grazie alla disponibilità del Sig.Daniele e della Sig.ra Anna.Spero di tornare il prossimo anno......provare per credere😎

Vacanze in Sicilia

Siamo stati contenti di aver scelto Balestrate per visitare in una settimana quante più cose potevamo della Sicilia occidentale, in effetti abbiamo raggiunto Palermo, Monreale, Cefalù, Trapani con le sue saline, Erice, Favignana, Segesta, il parco archeologico di Agrigento e la Scala dei Turchi, tutti siti di bellezza unica e ricchi di storia; una giornata l'abbiamo passata in spiaggia a Balestrate. Casa Fabrizio è l'ideale per ospitare 4 adulti ed i suoi titolari, Anna e Daniele sempre pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi nostra richiesta e curiosità. Senza dubbi lo consiglierei a chi volesse fare una vacanza simile alla nostra oppure godersi il mare sia dal terrazzo dell'appartamento che sulla spiaggia distante 300 mt. Aggiungerei inoltre anche la gentilezza e disponibilità degli abitanti sempre pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda posta dal turista.

l'immobile era in buono stato e pulita☆☆☆

QUELLO che non mi piaciuto che l'appartamento si trova vicino la strada che porta al centro del paese e di notte era trafficata e rumorosa.per andare in spiaggia c'era tanta strada da fare.avendo onbrelloni e sedie inpossibbile andare senza macchina.i proprietari sono gentilissimi.io o scelto balestrate perché come punto per Palermo e San Vito lo capo si trova in una ottima posizione.del resto è stata una bella vacanza Grazie ai propretari del vino e della loro gentilezza.ciao e saluti dalla Germania♤☆

La distanza dalla struttura alle spiaggie e ben specificata sul sito e ben dettagliata da noi in fase di prenotazione, Nonostante tutti gli 800 metri che ci separano dalle spiaggie sono ben servite da un bellissimo trenino turistico su ruote che passa proprio davanti la struttura. Ad oggi tutti i clienti che hanno soggiornato nella nostra struttura, hanno sempre menzionato la stessa ubicata in zona tranquilla e per niente caotica. Vi ringraziamo infinitamente. Anna e Daniele

prima vacanza in sicilia

Abbiamo soggiornato in casa Fabrizio per un periodo di vacanza a Giugno.La casa era corispondente alla descrizione.L Appartamento era pulito e completo di ogni confort i propretari molto ospitali e disponibili.La vacanza è stata molto piacevole e priva di inconvenienti. Purtroppo in quel periodo , in quelle localita, non abbiamo trovato nessuna forma di intrattenimento per i turisti, nè diurna nè serale per fortuna il mare è così bello e i d intorni così ricchi di cose belle da visitare, che ci ha pesato relativamente. Superbe maison de vacances

Je suis venue passée une semaine avec mon compagnon en Sicile, et nous avons loué cette superbe maison de vacances. L'accueil a été très chaleureux (de Daniele), la maison est spatieuse, calme et très propre. Nous avions tout le nécessaire concernant les serviettes de toilettes (pratique quand petit bagage en avion), tout le nécessaire de cuisine et même une excellente bouteille de vin de bienvenue ! Nous avons juste eu a poser nos affaires et on se serait cru chez nous. Nous avions également une terrasse donnant sur la mer, un point en plus lorsqu'il s'agit de prendre des petits déjeuners en respirant l'air marin sans avoir à sortir de chez soi. Située à Balestrate nous étions assez proche de toutes villes, Palerme, Erice, Segeste, Monreale.. et surtout Castellammare del Golfo (notre endroit préféré pour venir siroter un apéritif sur le port avec la mer d'un côté et la montagne de l'autre, MAGNIFIQUE). Je conseillerai cette maison à mes amis ou ma famille sans hésiter ! En espérant pouvoir revenir rapidement en Sicile , je vous remercie encore une fois Anna et Daniele pour avoir contribué à nous faire passer un superbe séjour !

The apartment was very spacious. Everything looked even more beautiful than in photos. Beach, shops and center of Balestrate are very near the apartment. The apartment are fully equipped with everything what you need on your holiday. To sum up everything was even better than we expected and these apartments made our holiday perfect.

Vacation in Balestrate

The apartment is very large and clean. For two people the place was even more than the necessary. The location is convenient, nearby to home shop and the street with cafes and restaurants, as well as to the bus stop and the train station - 10 minutes. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Distance to the beach on foot in 15 minutes. Photo correspond to reality, apartment equipped with everything necessary. The apartment owners are responsive and friendly, always connected. We want to say a big thank you to Anna and Daniel for our excellent vacation! We will recommend you and gladly go back again!

Abbiamo soggiornato la prima settimana di luglio ed abbiamo trovato esattamente quanto descritto nelle altre recensioni. Appartamento spazioso, pulito, ottimamente attrezzato con wifi, biancheria, cucina attrezzatissima, micronde. Il prezzo è onesto, il rapporto prezzo/qualità ottimo. PERFECT HOLIDAY

Fantastic apartment, brand new, very well finished, air-conditioned, spacious, with TV LCD 32 ", with veranda with sea view.   The quiet and well located. I was sorry not to be able to stay longer. The owners, young guys, very friendly and always available. I highly recommend it.

IMPECCABILE VACANZA....TUTTO OK.....

Appartement génial comme promis. Tout a proximité plage, magasin, petit commerce, Animations en soirée. Un vrai paradis Propriétaire toujours a l'écoute et lors de notre séjour nous avons été en panne avec la voiture et heureusement que le propriétaire était la pour nous aider et nous conseiller. Nous avons déjà prévu d'y retourner l'année prochaine.

Dopo esserci fermati per nove notti in questo magnifico appartamento con veranda vista mare, non possiamo fare altro che consigliare a tutti quanti un soggiorno in questa struttura che, per comodità, stile, comfort, pulizia, rapporto qualità/prezzo e disponibilità dei proprietari è davvero unica nel suo genere!! Subito all'arrivo guardandoci intorno ci siamo accorti che l'appartamento, oltre ad essere ben arredato, è dotato di tutte le comodità possibili e immaginabili, tanto da sentirsi a casa propria!! Ottima la posizione, (La ferrovia che costeggia la strada pensavamo che fosse un problema e invece fortunatamente ci siamo sbagliati, non abbiamo mai sentito passare un treno ).Insomma un posto perfetto in cui sicuramente ritorneremo per un soggiorno più lungo ;) A presto!!

With my family we decided to spend a month in Balestrate and it 'was very lucky to find accommodation so comfortable and convenient. The apartment did not really miss anything, has helped to make us spend a beautiful holiday in serenity. Highly recommended, especially for families with children who want to "destroy walk" during the day up and down the country that the evening did not have the strength to get out! Parfait en tout point

L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité de Palerme, de Trapani, des iles égades ou encore de Ségeste. Il y a de magnifiques choses à voir aux alentours. L'appartement est très chaleureux, propre et avec une très belle vue sur la mer... J'y retournerai sans hésiter ! Merci aux propriétaires.

Abbiamo trovato l'alloggi...

Abbiamo trovato l'alloggio conforme all'annuncio, ci siamo trovati molto bene sia per l'appartamento molto grazioso, pulito e comodo per una famiglia di 4 persone. Proprietari veramente molto gentili e premurosi, di sicuro ci torneremo.Un saluto ai proprietari e alla Sicilia (paese meraviglioso).

Tutto bene

Gli appartamenti sono puliti e confortevoli. I padroni di casa sono molto gentili. Bella vista sul mare. La spiaggia è una lunga strada da percorrere. È preferibile utilizzare la macchina. La spiaggia è molto buona. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti posti dove si può mangiare e acquistare i prodotti. La maggior parte non ha funzionato Wi-Fi.
