Great location, comfortable apartment.Unfortunately swimming pool didn’t work at our time as stated in the description and under the window, work was being done in the garden with an excavator and, accordingly, with a lot of dust and noise.

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans ce logement et nous en sommes très satisfaits. Il est très bien fonctionnel et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la superbe vue sur la mer, ainsi que le grand balcon, vraiment très agréable pour profiter de l’extérieur et de la vue.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons sans hésiter ce logement pour des vacances dans le secteur.

Comme je suis dans le soucis du bien être de mes locataires, et que c'est la 1ere fois en 15 ans que je reçois une remarque sur un problème de vaisselle, merci de me dire ce que vous auriez aimé avoir comme vaisselle supplémentaire qui aurait contribué à vous satisfaire. J'espère tout de même que vous avez passé de bonnes vacances. Que vous avez apprécié la terrasse et sa vue sur la mer, que la piscine de la résidence et la clim dans l'appartement vous ont aidé à supporter la période de canicule. Et que le confort général de l'appartement qui est toujours apprécié des locataires vous aura convenu. Cordialement.

Bon séjour

Une vue du balcon digne d'une carte postale. Le logement est bien situé, proche des commerces et avec un emplacement de parking en sous sol. La climatisation est dans la pièce à vivre et pas dans la chambre.

St Raphael

En résumé quasiment tout était parfait pour notre première location en appartement à St Raphael. Nous sommes tous devenu plus ou moins exigent mais néanmoins l'annonce représente parfaitement le bien à louer, mes interlocuteurs très sympathique. Nous avons réellement passés un excellent moment sur place hormis le temps cette année mais comparé à nos voisin Belge et Allemand je ne peux me plaindre. Personnellement je recommande sans problème.

Appartement sécurisé ,superbe vue, agréable

Tres bon accueil, appartement très bien placé avec belle terrasse plein sud et vue sur la mer , Port de Santia Lucia et la piscine. La mer de sable a 1km 500..petites criques a 400m..commerces a 200m..l’appart très bien équipé pour passer de bonnes vacances, mais un peu vieillot...a remettre au goût du jour..parking souterrain idéal.. Je recommande
