Une semaine à Annecy

Annecy est une très jolie ville avec son lac et sa vieille ville, ainsi que tous les alentours ( exemple col de Forclaz). La location se trouve dans un immeuble bien sécurisé. L’appartement est très propre et il ne manquait rien. Le garage bien utile car les places à proximité sont payantes et rarement libres. Une très belle semaine à Annecy. Location à recommander.

Sejour d une semaine à Annecy

Séjour trés agréable passez à Annecy. L appartement se trouve à 15 min à pied du Lac d'Annecy. La bas tout se fait en vélo, beaucoup de piste cyclabe. L appartement etait au top, seul les vélos pris en supplément présentait un bémol. En tout cas je recommande la location et ce petit coin de paradis pour ceux qui apprecient les lacs.

Une semaine à Annecy

Logement proche du centre historique d'Annecy ce qui évite de prendre son véhicule: la circulation en ville n'est pas aisée et les parkings souvent complets. L'expérience Montgolfière laisse un souvenir inoubliable ... Lac, montagnes, châteaux : de quoi s'occuper !

L'accueil de Claude était au top, avec plein de bon plan et même un classeur avec tout ce qu'il y a autour ce qui est un vrai plus ! Au niveau de l'appartement je dirai même qu'il est mieux que sur les photos : la salle de bain est vraiment fonctionnelle et pas aussi petite qu'on peut croire, le studio peut même suffir pour 4 car plein de rangement, et la cerise sur le gâteau reste la terasse ! Vraiment grande et agréable avec volet coulissant. Bref, une location parfaite et un très bon rapport qualité/prix à refaire !

Très beau Studio,fonctionnel,propre et très bien équipé. Tout y est pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Beau balcon sur lequel nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas. Très proche du centre ville et du lac. Nous avons également apprécié les balades à vélos. Merci à M.Humair pour son accueil très sympathique et ses bons conseils pour les visites du coin et les bons resto. Nous vous recommandons cette location.vous ne serez pas déçu. Merci. Bon accueil ! appartement bien situé et agréable proche du lac et centre ville, il correspond tout à fait au descriptif et photos, nous avons passé un très bon séjour sans voiture tout à proximité. SUPER SEJOUR

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce studio très soigné, proche du lac, des commerces, et surtout très calme. vélos à disposition, garage, sous- sol sécurisé. Mais n'oublions pas l'accueil chaleureux de Mr Humair, qui nous a donné que de bons conseils à notre arrivée, pour visiter Annecy et sa région.

Appartement propre et récent. Idéal en couple avec un bébé. Le renfoncement de l'entrée permet de créer un petit espace pour le lit parapluie. Parking souterrain très appréciable en plein mois d'aout (pas souvent de la place devant l'immeuble). 15 minutes à pied seulement de le vieille ville. Très pratique la petite superette à 30 mètres.
