My fourth renting this property… It's absolutely gorgeous! It's eight houses down from the beach-all the rooms are spacious- kitchen is huge-the balcony is an added attraction. The two car garage is a HUGE plus it is filled with everything you need for the beach. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach cruiser bicycles, wagons! there is even an outside shower too rinse all the sand off before you go inside. There are tons of wonderful windows that open up to let the cross breeze from the ocean cool the house in the evening. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this house unless you are a person who cannot walk upstairs. So just keep that in mind you have to go up a flight upstairs to get to the main floor and then another set to get to the upstairs where the kitchen and living room are.... The host is very attentive to whatever questions you may have and check-in is easy Peezy!

Comfortable, convenient spot

The spot was clean, comfortable, and convenient to the beach and downtown Ventura. Would highly recommend for groups of 2-3 couples visiting the area.

The place was comfortable for a family of 4 adults and 2 children. The location is excellent, short walking distance to the beach. Management was very responsive. Overall, we liked the place very much.

We celebrated the thanksgiving holiday with our family. The home was cozy and the beds were very comfy. The beach being within walking distance was the icing on the cake. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Beach House

Because this place was so nice a year ago we rented it again this year… Absolutely gorgeous plenty of room, plenty of supplies, great location, close to the village, bedrooms are huge, and the upstairs outside balcony is beautiful…. thank you, Kevin for another great stay!
