In the hills above the charming Provençal village of Figanières, only a five-minute walk from the center, the house offers a beautiful panorama over the surrounding mountains, pines and olive trees in a very quiet place.

It is a 120 m2 house for 6 people (maximum), with a large living and dining room, an open plan kitchen, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3 toilet, a cellar and 2 covered terraces. TV, DVD and CD player, radio , wifi.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay in this villa, it is even better than it looks on the photos. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with comfy beds and everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The jewel in the crown is the outside space. If you are in the area, do not hesitate to book.

Excellent spot for a relaxing break

The villa was beautifully presented, clean, tidy, with lovely interior and exactly what we needed for a family of 5 to get away and relax with a fabulous pool too. Host was pleasant and very helpful. Only downside was air con in twin room was intermittent and not enough toilet roll or dishwasher tablets provided for the week. Otherwise we had an excellent time and would return: highly recommend

Beautiful Holiday

Lovely villa with ample outdoor areas for dining and relaxing. Added bonus of fly screens on bedroom windows, so you can have the windows open at night without worrying about mosquitoes. Also air conditioning in the bedrooms for those very hot summer nights. The town is a quick downhill walk of about 5-10 mins, where there is a great boulangerie, small but well stocked Casino supermarket and a fabulous café that does great food. Also a post office and ATM by the Casino . It is steep uphill all the way back, so be prepared. However, you can cool off beautifully in the pool when you get back!

Prachtig vakantiehuis in het hart van de Provence, dichtbij de Cote d ‘ Azur

Ons verblijf was heerlijk, het huis heel mooi, rustig gelegen en goed verzorgd. De ideale uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes naar diverse steden, de kust en natuurpark Gorges du Verdon.. In de omgeving zijn veel markten met brocante en streekproducten. We hebben ons heel goed vermaakt!

Magnifique

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ein nicht einsehbares Grundstück mit vielen Pflanzen und Blumen. Herrlich. Man muss 50 Minuten Fahrt zum Strand un Kauf nehmen. Dafür hat man seine Ruhe und kann die Zeit genießen. Man kann viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen (verdon). Die Eigentümerin ist erreichbar. ImnOrt wohnt eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Dame, die sich vor Ort kümmert. Wir kommen wieder.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La villa est très fonctionnelle, beaucoup d'espace, bien située, au calme. A 1h en voiture des gorges du verdon et de frejus. Superbe piscine. Le village est agréable. La propriétaire est très réactive en cas de problème. (La pompe de la piscine est tombée en panne et a été changée rapidement). Je recommande.

Perfect holiday for our family of 5

What a fantastic property. The house was immaculately clean throughout, and extremely comfortable. The garden has different areas for shade and full sun, and the pool with garden shower are absolutely perfect for those hot days! The shops are a short walk away, and the larger supermarkets are no too far by car. Cannes, Frejus, and St Tropez no too far either if you want the beach, or posh people watching. We must also mention that the house keeper is really nice too, which was a real personal touch. We would highly recommend this property, and would love to come back again.

Avec nos amis, nous avons profité 2 semaines du calme de cette belle villa en tous points conforme à son descriptif. Propreté et équipement "tip-top", literie confortable, magnifique jardin, piscine bien entretenue, tout est réuni pour y passer un charmant séjour. Accueil chaleureux par Me F qui est toujours disponible en cas de problème. Les environs sont riches en endroits bien agréables à découvrir. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location. Belle tranquilité au rendez-vous

Nous avons passé deux magnifiques semaines dans cette villa sur les hauteurs de Figanières. Maison fidèle à la description parfaite pour des vacances en famille (parfait pour de jeunes enfants) ou amis. Les Superbes jardins et la piscine donnent differents points de tranquilité pour profiter de l'environnement.

Très belle villa bien située, propre et bien équipée

Villa à 30 minutes de la Côte d'Azur, située en retrait du village dans un cadre calme et reposant. Les photos sont très fidèles à la réalité. La villa est bien entretenue, propre et très bien équipée en cuisine, au jardin et dans les chambres. Elle peut recevoir amplement 6 personnes. La propriétaire se soucie de notre bien-être et est disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Nous avons eu un souci avec la climatisation qui a été très rapidement réglé. L'accueil par Mme F. a été très agréable et efficace. Location à recommander sans problème.

Magnifique jardin et propriété superbement entrenu

Nous y retournons pour la seconde fois cette année 2016. Lors un premier été tres chaud en 2015 , nous avons pu nous rafraichir dans la piscine et profiter du calme de la propriété. L'attention aux details et la propreté des lieux fait que nous avons choisi d'y retourner cette année pour une etape d'une semaine. Si comme nous vous aimez un endroit plein de charme , n'hesitez plus !

Superbe séjour dans cette charmante villa !

Ravissante maison au calme absolu. La vue dégagée sur les collines environnantes est un véritable plus. Intérieur meublé avec goût, très propre, les chambres sont ravissantes ! Le jardin est un petit havre de paix et de verdure, on y passerait des journées entières. Aucun vis-à-vis. Aucun passage à proximité de la résidence. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir nous rendre au cœur du village à pied. Un petit chemin y accède en 5 minutes. Tous commerces de proximité à portée de main. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!
