Amazing Villa!

Amazing and beautiful villa on an amazing island. The villa has everything you could possibly need, it is clean and modern and stylish. The neighbourhood is quiet and relaxed while only being 5 minutes drive from the airport and 30 minutes from Kos town. The host is kind and generous.

Awesome place - snarky landlord

The place and the pool are great. Spacious, nice surroundings and very complete. The airport around the corner will treat u on your daily mindfulness practice. The landlord though is an inpolite, inhospitable brute and will try to charge your bond for things he didnt have time to do do maintenance on. Which is a lot. Everything you touch breaks off, so bring your creditcard.

Relaxing off-season stay

As a family with a 7 & 11 year old we had a wonderfully relaxing April break at the villa. The pool looks out across the olive trees and the upper terrace has views down to the sea. The villa is well arranged and although stormy weather prevented us using the external living and eating areas, they are elegant with everything required. I enjoyed the lack of Wi-Fi which led to children exploring outside and playing games. We walked to the airport from here to hire a car in 30 minutes however flights are infrequent so the proximity isn’t noticeable. We would definitely return in future.

Fantastic Villa!!

Had a great time at this villa. The house was immaculate with fantastic decor and a huge outside terrace split into an outside kitchen and seating area. The pool was much bigger than I thought it would be and was great to cool down in as it was very hot when we visited. The location is ideal for visiting various resorts but there isn’t much around the villa, I would recommend a car. The owner Jean-Philippe was very helpful and replied to all communications quickly, his restaurant recommendations were also excellent. I hadn’t noticed that the villa doesn’t have air conditioning which meant our nights were uncomfortable as it was very hot. Each bedroom had a fan which helped a little but air conditioning would certainly have been a great benefit. Overall we had a fantastic time and would certainly recommend

Good for adults, not for children.

We booked to stay in this villa for a fortnight in June, with our children (4 yr old and 2 yr old). Pros: Villa clean, tidy and nice decor; good kitchen with appliances; 5 min car ride from beach, airport and supermarket; local shop was walking distance; pool man very nice and friendly and brought us fresh eggs :-) great views and surroundings from the villa and lovely seeing the birds flying around. Quiet and located in a rural area. Cons: No proper air conditioning (have the use of fans), wires left hanging/coming out of the walls throughout the villa (dangerous for kids and looked unfinished), outside around the villa and pool area there is a 4-6 ft drop approx (one area there is a door for maintenance of the pool to give you an indication of the height) with no fence/barrier around the villa. This unsettled us so much we left to come home a week early. Children were watched and close to us at all times but worried they would fall over. This is misleading in the photos so please be aware. Owner can take several weeks to reply to emails and this was after several reminders/follow up emails had already been sent. Would say a car is essential. Good villa for adults.

In answer to this comment, we want to specify that there are no cheatings. All the photos are just,right and hide nothing. For proof: the 1st photo of presentation shows that the swimming pool and the house are in height The 15th photo shows it again The 22nd photo shows the protection for the swimming pool and the environment is very visible With children of 1an and half, if we are afraid, we do not rent a house with swimming pool. For the visible sons, threads, it is only connections for the heating, radiators, which will be set up for us in 10 years (because during the summer when is this interest ,? ). For the sons upstairs, it is for a future video system and an opening of doors. In our announcement, we have never mentioned air conditioning .Il can have improvements there to be made as in any houses but these criticisms, (critics) sound unfounded With the multitude of message superficial which this person sent us, and whom we always answered, this person would have better made of us ask the good questions.( for her safety child for example ). We want to add again that quite pictures show exactly reality and the description is just also .We let us not amuse us in this kind of job and we don't possess a system for modify pictures.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit Dank Jean Philippe, Michaelis & einem wunderbaren Haus mit Pool. Check in war sehr einfach, bucht Euren Mietwagen über die Empfehlung des Gastgebers, hat einwandfrei funktioniert und wir hatten sogar den Service, zum Haus geleitet zu werden. Das Haus ist toll, super ruhig, hin und wieder ein Flieger, jedoch eher spannend zu sehen wie die Maschinen starten und landen als störend, hören tut man sie schon. Blick von der Terrasse und der Sonnenuntergang von der Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Aussenküche haben wir täglich genutzt, fussläufig ist auch ein regionaler kleiner Tante Emma Laden, in dem man das nötigste findet. Zu empfehlen sind die frischen Süßspeisen, super lecker. Mietwagen macht sehr viel Sinn, um ein wenig sehen zu können und die Insel zu erkunden. Jedoch lädt das Haus auch sehr zum entspannen und am Pool liegen ein. Alles in allem top gerne wieder

Ein vom Design her sehr schönes Haus. Es war auch sehr komfortable ausgestattet, sowohl in der Küche ( Außenküche) als auch den Bädern. Was man wissen sollte: die Treppe zum Doppelschlafzimmer (mit Bad) im 1. Stock hat keinen Handlauf.Imsgesamt ein sehr schönes Ambiente. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend.

Großzügige Villa mit tollem Aussenbereich

Die Villa war sauber und Stilvoll eingerichtet. Gute Betten mit richtig guten Matratzen. Das absolute Highlight ist der Aussenbereich mit Aussenküche, vielen Sitzgelegenheiten in der Sonne und im Schatten, mehreren Terrassen auf verschiedenen Ebenen und ein schöner Pool!

Sehr geräumiges Ferienhaus mit Pool

Das Ferienhaus ist großflächig und verfügt über eine vielseitig nutzbare Terrasse mit sehr schönem, privatem Pool und schönem Umfeld Die Unterkunft liegt am Ende einer kleinen Sackgasse und ist nur wenige Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Besonders hat uns die zentrale Lage gefallen. Mit einem Fahrzeug ist man in 30 - 40 Minuten in jedem Winkel der Insel. Vermisst haben wir eine Klimaanlage, zumindest in den Schlafzimmern. Der Fluglärm kann störend sein, besonders früh am Morgen und auch in der Nacht. Tagsüber ist er kein Problem. Der Vermieter gibt hilfreiche Tipps und die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. In 300 Meter Entfernung gibt es einen kleinen, aber gut sortierten Supermarkt mit Backwaren.

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in Antimacheia, Haus, Pool, Küche alles bestens! Schön dekoriertes Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, Aussenküche und vielen Sitzmöbeln! Pool topp, klar im Herbst frisch, aber fürs Flair und die Kids wundervoll, wird regelmäßig gereinigt! Netter und schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter bei Fragen/Problemen!

Schönes Haus

Alles wie beschrieben. 3 Kleinigkeiten die man verbessern kann, selbst im September wäre eine klima in den Schlafzimmern wichtig da die Fliegengitter stellenweise defekt sind wichtig. Ein Sonnenschirm für die Terasse wäre klasse da Mittags kein Schatten am Pool. Ansonsten kann man das Haus wirklich empfehlen

Angesichts der Strompreise in Griechenland haben wir uns entschieden, keine Klimaanlage zu installieren, um nicht 2000 € für eine Woche Urlaub und für die Moskitonetze zu verlangen, die gerade zu Beginn der Saison ausgetauscht wurden. Es tut uns leid, dass unsere Gäste dies nicht tun Respektieren Sie immer unser Haus

Wunderschönes Haus, tolle Lage

Perfektes Haus, besonders schön die Außenküche für Abendessen unter den Sternen. Besonders hervorzuheben: Die unvergleichliche Lage, von der Dachterasse sieht man von Süden bis Norden das Meer inklusive Sonnenuntergang und auf der anderen Seite den Diakos-Berg. Einziges, kleines Manko: Nicht alle Jalousien funktionieren.

Ein Traum Woche in diesem Haus.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus. Hat alles was man brauch. Sehr ruhig gelegen, umgeben von Einheimischen und purer Natur. Von der Dachterrasse kann man schöne Sonnenuntergänge sehen. Die Aussenküche ist der Hammer. Haben sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Das Haus war wunderschön und für uns 6 Frauen auch komplett ausreichend. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Ausblick war wunderschön. Würde allerdings jedem empfehlen sich wirklich ein Auto zu mieten, wenn man sich die Insel komplett angucken mag. Das einzige Manko waren die Hühner vom Nachbarn, die einen manchmal den Schlaf in der Nacht verkürzt hat, da sie anscheinend sehr Nachtaktiv sind. Aber nach paar Tagen gewöhnt man sich daran 😉 Ich bzw wir würden jederzeit wieder das Haus mieten.

Haus mit pool in Andimachia

Haus war ok . Schöner pool der alle drei Tage gereinigt wurde . Für die heissen Nächte wäre eine Klimaanlage gut gewesen . Wifi hat auch gefehlt . Flugzeuge haben nicht gestört . Ansonsten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt .
