Ideally located at the foot of Mont Ventoux and 150m from the village center, in a quiet and completely fenced area.

All comfort, very bright, baby equipment, private fenced pool, pool shelter with fridge, sink and barbecue, deckchair and garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful sun of the region, flat screen with DVD player, WiFi connection ..
Indoor kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, 6 gas fire, toaster, nespresso coffee machine, kettle ...., large living / dining room, 2 WCs, 2 shower rooms renovated.

The capacity is 6 people up to 9 people in agreement with the owner.
The house also has a large courtyard and a carport.
The owner rarely present occupies the lower part of the house which is completely separate from the part offered for rental, in fact the villa has two separate entrances and courtyards not overlooked between the 2 parts.
Towels and bed linen are not provided in the rental price, however it is possible to request them at an additional cost.

Wonderful location

We have just had a wonderful holiday in Malaucène. We can recommend the house, it is a very big house and there is everything you need. It was perfect to our family and friends. Elsa was very friendly and we could barrow skateboard to our kids. We will recommend this place anytime.

Très jolie maison, piscine très agréable, coin cuisine au bord de la piscine hyper sympa environnement calme prés du centre ville.Les pointsnégatif vient du manque de climatisation dans les chambres et desfrigo trop petits pour 9 personnes.Mais avons passé unsejour chaud mais agréable.

Très déçue de nos vacances. La piscine très sale et l'eau à 23 degrés. Des lattes de lits qui manques (nous avons dormi matelas à terre) le moustiquaire de la chambre à faire tenir avec un balai et j'en passe....Nous avons appelés les propriétaires qui n'étaient pas du tout ouvert à la discussion. Ils ont nié la température de la piscine alors que nous sommes allé acheter un thermometre. Cest une villa à fuire

Maison coup de cœur

Nous venons de passer de très bonnes vacances en famille dans la maison d’Elsa et Mickael. La maison est conforme à l’annonce peut être même mieux en vraie ! La piscine est superbe et sécurisée pour les enfants. La maison est très bien équipée. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Merci pour ces belles vacances !

De woning voldoet niet aan de foto's die op de website staan. De woning is verouderd, niet onderhouden en vuil. Het zwembad buiten ligt vol losse stenen van de rand van het zwembad. Roestvlekken in het bad zelf. De meubels zijn allemaal beschadigd. De buitendouche werkte amper. De planten die er staan zijn verwilderd hangen helemaal over de ligstoelen aan het zwembad. Overal kon je bloemblaadjes en blaadjes van die bomen verzamelen. Het kleine terrasje van op de foto's is een hoekje met een gescheurde doek aan de omheining. De buitenkeuken was verwaarloosd en vuil met kapotte kasten. De BBQ was een vuil ding met een rooster dat je moest zoeken in een soort van greppel die ernaast was. De wasmachine was kapot, draait wel maar de was komt er druipnat uit. Binnen: Was het vuil, het aanrecht kan niet deftig afgekuisd worden. Kasten zijn vuil. Enkel airco in de living en niet in de volledige woning. Bedden zijn twijfelaars geen dubbel bed. De douche in 1 van de kamers was oud, de douchekop hangt vast met een strap, de douchebak was ook niet op z'n properst. De kinderkamer boven was ondragelijk warm, de mobiele airco was een lawaai waar niemand mee kan slapen. De lattenbodem van de bedden waren kapot (latten die eruit lagen). Het peuterbedje was vol vlekken. De verwarming was degoutant. Kinderen hebben op een matras geslapen op de grond beneden. Enkel de badkamer was ok. We werden wel vriendelijk onthaald en mochten de woning al vroeger betreden dan het voorziene uur.

Maison très spacieuse et très bien équipée.. La cuisine d été indépendante.. La piscine entièrement sécurisée sont de véritables atouts.. La propriétaire nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux.. Nous la remercions.. Nous reviendrons...

Dejligt hus med god pool, super beliggenhed nær bycentrum. Nogen lokal trafikstøj må dog påregnes. Ikke aircondition i alle soveværelser. Samlet set en dejlig feriebolig i et fantastisk område!

Prima huis voor fietsvakantie, feitelijk 3 slaapkamers met 3 twijfelaars

Huis ligt op 5 minuutjes lopen van Malaucene. Een prima uitvalsbasis voor een fietsvakantie. Woonkamer ruim en leuk ingericht. Prima tuin met lekker zwembad. Huis was niet echt schoon bij aankomst, mager zesje. De vierde slaapkamer is alleen bereikbaar via een andere slaapkamer en heeft geen mogelijkheid om een raam open te zetten. Wel is een Airco aanwezig in deze ruimte. Bedden zijn van matige kwaliteit en klein. De kleine ongemakken verklaren ook de gunstige huurprijs.

J'aimerai y retourner, la proximité du centre bourg est un +, beaucoup de sites à découvrir aux alentours. La propriétaire est vraiment top, bien qu'elle habite en dessous on ne la voit qu'en cas de besoin, elle respect notre intimité tout en étant disponible si besoin. Un excellent séjour
