Newly built house of 150 m2, located on a 16,000 m2 estate. northeast of the island, 4 km. from the town of Santa Eulalia del Rio and 2 km. from the town of San Carlos, where Las Dalias hippie market is located and 10 minutes from beautiful coves, Cala Leña, Cala boix, Aguas blanca .... Located on a hill with great views of the valley and in the distance the sea and the island of Formentera.
It is an ideal place to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside with family and / or friends, in a rural and natural environment.
It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one located in the suite), laundry room, a large living room and kitchen / dining room; with access to the large outdoor terraces where the private pool (salt water) is located. All very spacious, well equipped and with WI-FI so you can spend a fantastic holiday.
Decorated with style, the use of wood in the house gives it a warm and rustic charm.
It is a very open house and fully integrated with the outside.

What a beautiful villa! It was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. We had a wonderful relaxing time in the tranquil Ibizan countryside - the views are amazing. The hosts are very incredibly welcoming and thoughtful.

Super high quality villa

The description and photos really don’t do this villa justice. The villa is of the very highest standard, spotlessly clean and sits in its own 4 acre plot with distant sea views for total tranquillity. All the beaches and towns/villages in the North are reachable in 10-25 mins by car. We have been staying in villas for 30 years and this is the best we have stayed in so far! Parquita is a wonderful host. Highly recommended.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen

Das Haus ist toll, es fehlt an nichts. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, es gibt keine Lärmquellen in der Umgebung, mit Ausnahme der natürlichen Tierlaute, wie sie auf dem Lande vorkommen. Diese stören aber nicht, denn sie sind nicht sehr laut. Die Eigentümer pflegen das Haus liebevoll, sie haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sehr sauber, auch das Küchengeschirr, das wir in anderen Häusern auch schon in unhygienischem Zustand vorgefunden haben und zuerst alles abwaschen mussten. In Santa Eularia gibt es Supermärkte mit guter Auswahl. Dort gibt es auch zahlreiche Restaurants. Auch San Carlos (Sant Carles) ist sehr nah und bietet ebenfalls gute Restaurants.

Sehr gepflegtes, durchgestyltes Ferienhaus auf einen sehr großen Grundstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl auf den großzügigen Terrassen mit Pool gefühlt. Alles war sehr durchdacht eingerichtet.

Heerlijk huis met prachtig uitzicht en veel buitenruimte

Deze woning is recent gebouwd in locale stijl. Er is een gezellige woonkamer en keuken en er is zijn verschillende buitenruimtes voor elk moment van de dag: van ochtendzon op de veranda, middagzon op het lekkere zwembad tot namiddag aan de zijkant. Het is er super rustig met de buren ver weg en prachtig uitzicht over de vallei, de zee en op Formentera.

Perfect villa, perfect hosts

The villa is beautiful, spotlessly clean and well equipped, with a great saltwater pool and huge outdoor area with a perimeter fence, making it totally safe for our children (2 and 6) to run around in. Paquita and Antonio were there to greet us and had stocked the fridge and provided fresh fruit, which was a lovely welcome. The villa is set in a very quiet, peaceful location but just a short drive from Santa Eularia and lots of great beaches. We had such a great week and are looking forward to staying there again. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay! Paquita and here husband were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome which made us feel at home from the start. All small details were prepared including a nice nespresso machine and welcome food package. Overall a well maintained property and garden, nice pool with easy acces and spacious terras with sufficient shade. Although there is no airconditioning, the property has sufficiënt ventilation possibilities which allowed it to cool down in the evening. Overall a very relaxing experience for our family (2 kids age 2 and 4)

Fantastic stay and peaceful location.

We really loved the house and pool and had a very relaxing stay. Paquita and Antonio were extremely helpful- meeting us before hand to make sure we found the house and we knew where everything was. The location of the house is very peaceful but you do need a car and then everything you need- restaurants, supermarkets etc, are all in easy reach. All in all a fabulous find - thankyou!!

Für unsere Bedürfnisse (zentral gelegen, etwas ausserhalb, schönes Pool) absolut perfekt. Die Hausbesitzer sind hervorragende Gastgeber und wurden in der Zwischenzeit zu Freunden.
