Lovely 1 bed apartment with an amazing extra large L shaped balcony. Nicely appointed with good quality furniture, bathroom would benefit from some TLC, otherwise a perfect quiet holiday choice.

Do not be deceived this is NOT luxury

Sadly I cannot post photos on this review otherwise I would. The smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming when we arrived. A dirty ashtray was left under the sink in a measuring jug! The sofa bed and cushions absolutely stank, looks like it’s never been cleaned, couldn’t bring ourselves to even sit on it. Oven was filthy. And the cooker hood filter was brown with grease, clearly it has never been replaced. The washing machine was disgusting with black sludge all around the inside rim, I did my best to clean it in order for us to use it without soiling our laundry. The bed sheets were stained with various marks, and very worn as were all the towels, absolutely threadbare and disintegrating. The mattresses - well say no more yuk. Mismatched crockery and glasses. Placemats and coasters are worn out too. The fan in the bathroom is so loud and noisy. Contacted the owner immediately but after 21 days when we left today he hadn’t even had the common courtesy to acknowledge my WhatsApp messages but could see they had been read almost immediately. Shameful. The only saving grace was the balcony. Safe to say we will not be spending 3 weeks in this grotty apartment again. Vrbo have all the evidence as they requested photos and videos. The whole place needs a refurb. Oh and the wall are paper thin so you can hear next door all the time as they live there. TV/music into the small hours. Book here at your peril…

After a bit of trouble finding the apartment ( more are map reading than the directions ) we where very delighted with the apartment, it was very clean and comfortable with a nice large balcony which had the sun from sun rise to sun set. It has views over the whole of Peyia and beyond. It is very quiet, you may hear a dog bark or a car coming up the hill but nothing to worry about. The people who live in the other apartments are very helpful and friendly. We would definately stay at this apartment again and recommed to anyone.

Thankyou for letting us use your apartment it was 5☆s. And everything was there that you could ask for, we never used the tv or internet so cant commented on that as was either out or just sat on the balcony looking at the fantastic views or watching the goats coming down the valley lol. We where sceptical about the apartment as thought had to go up flights of steps to reach the apartment but wow the parking was right outside the door so was suitcase out the boot and through the door. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to family or friends so once again thanks for letting us use you apartment Pauline and clive Devon.

Hübsche, kleine Wohnung mit herrlicher Terasse

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, aber als luxuriös würde ich sie nicht bezeichnen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und den herrlichen Ausblick von der Terasse genossen. Mit dem Navi war sie leicht zu finden, Schlüssel lag im Schlüsseltresor, sodass keiner erst kommen musste, um aufzuschließen.Auto konnte man direkt vor dem Eingang parken.Geschirr musste man nochmal alles abwaschen, weil es etwas klebte und die Handtücher und Bettwäsche hatten auch einen eigentümlichen Geruch. Ansonsten alles sauber und ordentlich.Kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem tollen Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet, sauber und hat eine herrlich große Terrasse. Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit 2 Personen. Die Navigation nach der Anfahrtsbeschreibung ist schwierig, insbesondere wenn man im Dunkeln ankommt. Man findet die Wohnung aber gut, wenn man die angegebenen Koordinaten in Google Maps eingibt und sich dann dorthin navigieren lässt. Warmwassernutzung sollte im Gästebuch erklärt werden, da der Durchlauferhitzer und Pumpe manuell eingeschaltet werden müssen. Nicht schwer, wenn man weiß wo der Schalter ist. Auto unbedingt erforderlich. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Woche. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Herrlich große Terrasse mit Rundum-Blick

Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet, sauber und hat eine herrlich große Terrasse. Für uns Deutsche fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine, so war nur Nescafé angesagt. Der Fernseher bietet keine deutschen Programme, sodass man auch mal Urlaub vom TV hat. Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung ist durch den schwarzen Pfeil in der Skizze etwas verwirrend und der englische Text bedarf doch gute Englischkenntnisse. Leider hat die Kommunikation mit einem Vermietervertreter vor Ort am Anreisetag nicht funktioniert ( tel. nicht erreichbar), der uns Warmwassernutzung, Fernseher und dgl. erklären hätte können. Auto unbedingt erforderlich. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Woche.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

Apartment is in a beautiful location within walking distance of the lovely village of Peiya which has a lovely choice of restaurants, the best bakery in the world and little supermarkets. The apartment was spotlessly clean with an absolutely amazing balcony with stunning views. Sitting out there in the evenings looking over the Island all lit up is lovely. Location is very peaceful and yet you are able to taxi/drive into the busier Coral Bay Area should you wish. The shared pool is a lovely alternative to the beach. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Great short break in Peyia. Ideal apartment with excellent views over Coral Bay and beyond. Lots of local tavernas and restaurants for refreshments and relaxation. The locals are warm and friendly just like the owners, who have all the bases covered. I can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment for a relaxing holiday. I can't wait to go back!

Erholsamer Badeurlaub

Wir waren 3 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung A304, Marina Hiltop. Wir haben bei wunderbaren Wetter die sehr große und mit bequemen Möbeln ausgestattete Terrasse genossen. Morgensonne und Sonnenuntergänge. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. Sehr stabiles WLAN. Wir hatten ein Auto und würden das auch immer empfehlen. Anfahrtsbeschreibung super und Schlüsselempfang problemlos. Würden jederzeit wieder nach Zypern reisen und auch wieder diesen Standort wählen.

Having holidayed in Cyprus on many occasions we decided that with the year round warm climate, beautiful beaches and scenery and the friendly Cypriot people, Cyprus would be a perfect retreat for us and anyone wishing to enjoy a relaxing, get away from it all break, with great amenities within easy reach.

We chose Peyia as it still retains that Cypriot charm, but with the benefit of tavernas and local shops just a short stroll away. Within an easy 5 minutes drive you can be enjoying the clear crystal waters and golden sands of Coral Bay. You'll also be spoilt for choice at Coral Bay with an array of bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment boasts an ideal location with mountain views to the rear and spectacular sea views directly in front of you, leaving you to enjoy that welcome balmy breeze.

What makes this property unique

A light and airy apartment on the Marina Hilltop complex with lush landscaped gardens, large terraced pool area, providing shower and wc facilities. The apartment is unique to the complex as it has an exceptionally large 'L' shaped veranda (40sq.m) perfect for taking in the scenery and sunsets whilst alfresco dining.
