Built on a hillside, our beautiful penthouse apartments , offer a spacious and sunny terrace with a good degree of privacy and boast stunning, unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean and Cypriot coastline.

They have a shared pool, air con, Smart TV with Uk TV available, free WiFi and a King Size bed.

The apartments are a 10 minute walk away from the delightful Village of Peyia which offers many local amenities such as supermarkets stocking a great range of products including local fresh produce and home brands, also tavernas, restaurants, a cash machine, pharmacy, bakery/ cake shop, a butcher, a medical center and a dentist. You will also find a ladies hairdresser and a barber shop.

A few minutes drive away is the beach resort area of Coral Bay, offering a wide selection of exclusive bars and restaurants along a beautiful golden sandy shore and where you can witness beautiful sunsets. About 20 minutes drive away is the town of Paphos with its historic harbour and 45 minutes away is Paphos airport.

There's easy access to Tsada golf course and two more courses only 25 minute drive away. A 25 minute drive takes you to the Akamas Peninsula National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty with deep gorges, a wild landscape and wide sandy bays.

We had a lovely time here and can highly recommend it. Booking and communication with Laura was spot on . The apartment had everything we needed and everything worked as it should so no worries whatsoever. The apartment has excellent views and is in a lovely quiet area. So overall a really nice place to stay with no negatives.

Perfect, quiet get-away

Tucked above the village of Peyia the apartment has brilliant panoramic views and is everything we love. Quiet. Off the beaten track. We love it here and will be back.

Perfect.

Great apartment comfortable and clean amazing views great sized balcony 10 minute walk to some great restaurants. Nice pool but lack of sun beds. Would Defo return as great value.

Hi, we are Laura and Mark, we live in Manchester UK, with our twin girls Lois & Florence. We both run our own businesses, I (Laura) am a TV Makeup Artist and Mark is a retired Firefighter now Handyman. We have owned these two adjacent apartments since their build in 2006 and have grown to love the area and people around Peyia.

Why they chose this property

We travelled all over Cyprus, including Northern Cyprus, before choosing this location. Park View suits us perfectly, it is a quiet location with amazing views yet close enough to everything else we could need, from lovely local restaurants to a busier Coral Bay or Paphos - we especially love Paphos Old Town since it has been redeveloped. The village has a real sense of old Cyprus yet is still modern enough to suit our needs.

What makes this property unique

The biggest benefit of our apartments is without doubt the peace and unobstructed views of the coastline. Because we are built on a hillside and have the penthouse apartments, we don’t have any noise from above (and don’t have to climb many stairs to access). Once we have closed the door behind us, we can stand on our unusually private balcony, or lie in bed, and all we can see are the amazing views. Breakfast on the large balcony and enjoy the sun throughout the day (with an occasional visit to the pool), then sip a cocktail and watch the twinkling lights of Paphos and the coastline. Perfect!
