About this property

Aix en Provence, Provencal, três large pool, huge playground

Our new house renovated in 2010 offers all the comforts and is ideally located in the Aix countryside to visit the sights of the region.
Well equipped, easily accommodating 2 families, we leave everything available for children (possibly babies).
It has a separate studio.
The large pool and the huge garden with its trees will make you appreciate even more the sun and the heat of the south.
In the garden, children will find a badminton court, a football field, a ping pong table, a trampoling and especially the huge pool for all water games possible.
The pool is secured and closed to accommodate infants with confidence.

Barbecue and summer kitchen await you for lunch in the shade or the long evenings with friends.
And if it's too hot in the shade of large trees you can luxuriate in the large Balinese bed watching the scenery of the holy victory

Close to all amenities (Airport, train station, commerce, town) it offers the quiet of sight.
18 renowned golf in front of the mountain St Victoire holes is 10 minutes and bike enthusiasts and mountain biking will find a perfect playground for their outputs.
Tennis, football pitches and basketball are also located 2 minutes from the house.

Bonne adresse autour d'Aix En Provence

Maison agréable, au calme et à proximité d'Aix En Provence. Immense jardin permettant aux enfants de bien jouer. Très grande piscine sécurisée pour les petits ! La taille est idéale pour les grandes familles Et des propriétaires très sympas et à l'écoute.

Les vacances en vrai!!

Superbe maison, au calme, facile à vivre. Nous étions 5, avec 2 ados et chacun trouve son espace! Le jardins est magnifique, la piscine très agréable et les propriétaires très sympas. A faire et à refaire.

A recommander sans hésitation

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour en famille dans cette très belle et agréable maison, très bien équipée, située au calme et à proximité de tout (lieux touristiques et commerces). Nous en recommandons la location sans hésitation. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité et le propriétaire très sympa.

Vacances au top !

Nous avons passé de super vacances. L'accueil fut très sympathique et nous avons rapidement trouvé nos marques. La maison est très agréable et les enfants ont bien apprécié la grande piscine biensur et les divers jeux laissés à leur disposition. Très bonne situation, diverses randonnées au pied de la Ste Victoire et la mer est à moins de 30mn.

Excellent !

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette villa. Maison moderne avec le charme provençal, très bien équipée, idéale pour 2 familles. Le descriptif correspond tout à fait à la vérité. Environnement très agréable sans vis- à-vis, jardin vraiment top ! sécurisé pour les enfants. Tous les jeux étaient à dispo ! Nous sommes en général très difficiles pour nos locations d'été, rien à redire pour cette villa. Propriétaire super sympa ! A recommander pour vos futures vacances !
