Our family stayed here over Labor Day weekend and loved it! This condo was so comfortable for my husband, me, and our 3 boys (all under 3 years old). Plenty of space in the bedrooms and living area, plus a great view of the lake. We would relax here again!

Great Family Getaway

Our stay at Beacon Manor was great. The condo was exactly as described. Check in and check out were super easy. The area is beautiful. We brought a boat and had questions on where we should park it. Chris called and offered to help us with getting a slip. He was very nice and accommodating. The pool was very relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

This property was perfect for our small girl's trip. Barbara was quick to answer any questions we had, and the pool area was beautiful. It wasn't too far from the middle of town, but you get the beautiful lake views. We had a great time. I would bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Although there is some provided, it was either watered down or very inexpensive. However, that didn't matter to us because we brought our own toiletries. I also want to note that this property does come with one covered parking spot, which is nice if there's severe weather. This property is perfect for two couples, a small family, or friends who don't mind sharing a bed. Thanks for everything!

Great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Chris was very helpful with my emails and recommended a great restaurant, Bubbas! There was enough space for 5 adults and one kid. The condo was pretty welcoming when we got there, didn’t feel like we didn’t belong there. Being right on the lake, the view was great and could only have been better if it wasn’t raining and the sun came out. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Chris.

Amazing Place on the Lake

We stayed here for four days and three nights and loved every minute of it and will definitely be back. From the time you walk into the lobby, you can see and smell the cleanliness of the building. We met the manger while sitting by the pool, who came and introduced herself and let us know where to find her phone number in case we needed anything at any time. Every person we met there was super friendly! The condo we stayed in was clean and beautiful as well, and that view was amazing! We were able to watch the fireworks over Lake Hamilton for hours. The description on the listing for this condo was spot on. Everything we needed was provided. We did have an issue getting into the condo because the code for the door didn't work but all it took was a phone call and it was fixed immediately... We waited no longer than 5 minutes. I appreciated everyone we may have had a conversation with or received help from for whatever reason. We always felt welcomed and can not wait to return!!

Property switch

Condo that we stayed in was not property rented. On day of check in property manager messaged and said there was an issue with our condo and we were being placed in an upgraded and newly renovated condo with new kitchen from same owners. The condo had not been renovated as kitchen had original kitchen from the 70’s. Sink was falling in. Bathrooms were dirty with only 2 towels and one washcloth provided per bathroom for a 2 night stay. Pictures of unit rented had a 60” tv but unit provided only a 22” with no cable or service Paint was peaking from the doors. We would not have booked this unit for half of what we paid. Very poor property and felt like a bait and switch.

Tim, 1st, I apologize that your condo in 812 was not ready as I was guaranteed by Lowe's and their contractor, that it would be. I drove from Memphis to Hot Springs due to promises being broken, and walked in 812 Thursday night, and 1 of the bedrooms was not completed, so I asked Barb to move you to 712, knowing that was the only option. I agree 712 does not have the bling, but it was clean and did check everything before I left. Again, I apologize and was there to also meet with contractors in 712 on updates, to bring it out of the 1970's in areas. Would you be happy with a 50% refund? Let me know due to the fact, that I have to bring this to Lowe's to get my money for them breaking their contract. Thank you again!

My name is Chris and I live in Memphis TN and have been going to Hot Springs for over 38years. I have to say this home has had more fun times in my 63 years than anything else. Love Hot Springs with Lake Hamilton, Magic Springs Water Park, Garvan Woodland Gardens being that I am a Master Gardner and Quapaw Spa for total relaxation!

Why they chose this property

I had a friend in my early 30's that had a place in Beacon Manor and knew 1 day I would buy in Hot Springs and it just so happened to be in the same building as many years ago!

What makes this property unique

On the water with the wonderful view! The view is just breathtaking. I love to watch the sunrise right over the tree line and at night on the various holidays you can watch all the fireworks over the mountains and on the lake!
