Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung völlig, die in neun wiedergemacht ist. Er liegt in einem kleinen Landhaus der 20er Jahre, das von einem berühmten regionalen Architekten, René Darde gebaut ist. Ein privater, kostenloser Parkplatz, ist am Fuß des Hauses. Es gibt ein kraftbetätigt Tore. Diese 30 m2 Wohnung, die einen sehr schönen Blick anbietet (schenkt), Meer, seit einer Loggia in Säulen, ist um 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom ersten Sandstrand und ausgenommen von 10 Minuten zu Fuß des Stadtzentrums von Heiligem Maxime gelegt. Der Bezirk (Vierteljahr) ist sehr (URL HIDDEN) ist aus einem Salon (Messe) mit neuer Bettcouch, Fernseher zusammengestellt und, einer Einbauküche mit einer neuen Ausrüstung wifi (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschineen Ult.
Die Loggia ist mit den Tischen und Stühlen ausgerüstet, die erlauben, sich angesichts des Meeres und angesichts Saint-Tropezes zu stärken. Das Zimmer (Kammer) ist aus einem Bett 140 cm und zwei Schränke für das Aufräumen zusammengestellt.
Der Waschraum, der angrenzend ist, ist mit einer italienischen Dusche und mit einer Schale im Stein ausgestattet.
Es sind eine Wohnung, die eben mit schönen Baustoffen renoviert ist, die ich sorgfältigen Personen bestimme. Schlag versicherten (gewährleisteten) Herzens!
