Nice house and very nice owner, with a fantastic view over Sao Martinho’s bay

The location of house is excellent, walking distance from the city center and the beach, in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the bay. The bay is protected from the swell and great for children. The house is clean, well equipped, and there is a lot of beautiful sightseeing to do in the region. Our family had a good time in Sao Martinho.

Vétusté des équipements, une des deux baignoires est inutilisable, linge de maison d'un autre siècle. Dommage, il ne manque pas grand chose pour parfaire ce logement

Un robinet de la salle de bain fonctionnait mal, ce que nous n'avons pas remarqué. Anomalie déjà corrigée. La literie, en particulier les anciennes couvertures d'hiver ne sont pas utilisées, elles ont été retirées et remplacées par de nouvelles.. C'est notre souci constant de garder la maison dans les meilleures conditions, propre et hygiénique.

Muito bom

Impecavelmente limpo, muito espaço, inclusive para andar com um carrinho de bebé, jardim agradável, bem equipada, fresca. Derivado à pandemia, o elevador está fechado, o que faz com que tenha que se subir e descer muito para ir para a praia, o que nem sempre é fácil com crianças pequenas. Vista muito bonita para a praia e varanda extremamente agradável. Os sofás podiam ser um pouco mais confortáveis e sugiro uma máquina de café de cápsulas, para quem está e fica mais por casa é muito útil!

alles da was man braucht. schönes haus/ schöne wohnung mit tollem ausblick. die vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. die kommunikation war schnell. bei nachfragen wurde sofort geantwortet und kleine probleme umgehend gelöst. vielen dank!

Ein empfehlenswertes Haus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist einfach gehalten, aber hat alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht ist phantastisch! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic location

We are a family with 2 young children and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sao Martinho do Porto. The house itself is simply but tastefully decorated and one can enjoy eating on the terrace with a lovely view of the bay. The owner is very quick to respond to any issues with the house or its appliances. The house is gated so children can safely play in the garden. One can walk to a small grocery or by car "Intermarche" is a 5 min drive. And the best part for us was the 5 min short walk down to the beach which is ideal for small children with its calm waters. The waterfront has lots of good restaurants and shopping. The town itself has a maze of lovely old buildings and cobbled streets to explore, besides the fancy high-rises. We would definitely return to this house.

obliger de réclamer un barbecue car dans le descriptif il était noté mais pas dans la maison problème de wc bouché et remonté dans la baignoire pas de produits lave vaisselle une ampoule de la terrasse ne fonctionne pas pas très chaud et le radiateur bain d'huile fait disjoncter le compteur il faudrait voir à huiler toutes les portes et les systèmes de fermetures car bruyantes autrement très bien situé et belle vue sur la baie toutes ces remontrances sont très facile à y remédier pour les prochains vacanciers
