Very well located for a good weekend or a good vacation, quiet and close to the sea and the city center, this very bright villa benefits from the best standards of comfort, insulation and ventilation (BBC label). All your activities are accessible by bike or on foot and whatever the season or the weather you will always feel good!
A living - dining room with a table for 10 people and a bar for 5 people opens onto the kitchen. Upstairs, another 20 m2 lounge serves as a game room or television.
Sheets can be provided for an additional € 60-100. We do not have a towel, but we do provide kitchen towels.

Spacious property in quiet location

Large, well equipped property in quiet but convenient location. Comfortable bedrooms and multiple bathrooms make this an excellent choice. Parking and space in huge garage are a huge bonus.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful comfortable and well equipped home, five minutes walk from a sandy beach and sand dunes. Easy 15 minute walk into vibrant town with plenty of cafes & independent shops. Host easy to communicate with, any questions answered promptly. We enjoyed a lovely family holiday.

We came away with 3 generations for a short break and found that the house had everything we needed. Plenty of space. A very short walk to the beach and a reasonable stroll into Le Touquet. Highly recommended

Perfect location

Communications clear & access to property easy. We were a party of 4 adults and 3 children. The house is spacious and well set out with all we needed for our 3 night stay. Ten minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk in to town. We also visited the amazing aquarium in Boulogne-sur-Mer. Would recommend this lovely house and would definitely stay again. A wonderful short stay break

The property was everything as described. A beautiful clean house with large bedrooms. We look our own linen and hoovered before we left as we felt the charges were quite high. It’s only about 10 min walk to a beautiful beach. It stretches for miles. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary with our family and was a perfect way to spend time with all the family. We hope to return again one day

No communication on how to enter the property before arrival. Extortionate prices to use sheets. Very hard for very young infants to be there due to so many items about the place. Everything worked and house was spotless

This is a familly house and not a business, so we do not want to provide towels as we cannot manage their washing. We do provide linen as we understood that this is very useful for visitors, but it is not easy for us. Regards, Stanislas
