Great location, great apartment. I recomand it.

Luigi was really welcoming. We had a great stay and it was the perfect location to visit Otranto and its neighborhoods. The apartment is confortable and was perfectly clean. We also enjoyed our breakfast on the terrasse.

Central location

The 2 bedroom apartment is lovely. It is located in the central location, near restaurants, grocery store, bars, seashore and historic center. From the large terrace, you can see the harbor and sun rise. Kitchen is fully furnished and it also has a washing machine😊 Luigi, the host, is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

L'host è una persona gentilissima che ci ha accolto come se fossimo vecchi amici,con pasticciotti,vino locale e succo di frutta.cosa affatto scontata che è stata molto,molto gradita!l'appartamento è comodo,pulito,aria condizionata in ogni camera e in zona centralissima.la terrazza vista mare è quel plus che ti fa sentire ancora di più in vacanza. Una piacevole vacanza vicino al mare e a pochi passi dal centro storico di Otranto

Siamo una famiglia di quattro persone: mamma, papà e due ragazze. Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana in un appartamento spazioso, ordinato e dotato di ogni confort. Vicinissimo il centro storico. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la gentilezza e la disponibilità signor Luigi. Ritorneremo!!!

Vacanza a Otranto

Grazie a Luigi abbiamo trascorso una bellissima e indimenticabile settimana di vacanza ad Otranto! Siamo state accolte fin dal primo momento con tanta gentilezza e disponibilità. L’appartamento pulitissimo e attrezzato di tutte le comodità (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata, ecc.) è situato in una zona strategica per godersi a pieno la bellissima Otranto! Grazie ancora a Luigi per tutto, speriamo di poter tornarci presto!

Pulito e confortevole

Il gentilissimo proprietario della casa tiene molto alla pulizia e alla manutenzione dell'appartamento, e si vede. La casa e' rifornita di tutto il necessario, anche di piu' se si considerano lavatrice, lavastoviglie, asciugacapelli, terrazzo spazioso con tavolo e sedie, ed utensili da cucina, con tanto di pensiero di benvenuto (fichi, pasticciotti, e una bottiglia di vino). Il posto e' in pieno centro, letteralmente 1 minuto dal castello e 30 secondi dal fronte mare. Un posto garage utilissimo, in quanto il centro e' molto trafficato. Abbiamo avuto una piccola urgenza risolta in 15 minuti. Checkin e checkout molto semplici e chiari, e nessuna cattiva sorpresa. Grazie!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella casa vacanze in centro a Otranto da Luigi, proprietario accorto e sempre gentile con i suoi ospiti...la casa è dotata di tutti i comfort, elettrodomestici e veranda vista mare top! Unico neo gli odori eccessivi provenienti dai vari ristoranti e bancarelle alimentari ambulanti presenti a ridosso dell'edificio dove è situato l'appartamento. Comunque la valutazione finale è molto positiva da parte mia e di tutta la famiglia ❣ arrivederci a presto Luigi

Otranto mi manchi già...

Appartamento in posizione strategica per vivere appieno Otranto. Dalla terrazza è possibile vedere il mare...che non è poco. La possibilità di oscurare la seconda camera renderebbe più confortevole il riposo. Dotazione appartamento buona. Guest molto disponibile e attento.

Heaven!

Luigi the owner was brilliant! The apartment was lovely clean and well equipped. The air conditioning was second to none. The location was brilliant - 3 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the beautiful old part of ontranto and its castle. Plenty of shops a super markets within walking distance . Anyone making the decision to stay here would be making the right one!

Eine gut und modern eingerichtete Wohnung, komplett ausgestattet. Großer Pluspunkt: geräumige Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Nur kurzer Fußweg bis zum lungomare und zum Badestrand. Auch alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Cafés etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe (spezielle Empfehlungen: der Direktverkauf der Käserei Santoro in der Via Faccolli, frische handgemachte pasta in der Via S. Francesco di Paola). Otranto ist eine bemerkenswert schöne Stadt, auch das Umland sehr reizvoll.

Abbiamo trascorso 7 giorni bellissimi

Appartamento comodissimo , con tutti i confort , situato al centro di Otranto e quindi con tutti i negozi sotto casa , importante il box auto ,il terrazzo con tavolo e sedie , piacevole far colazione al mattino , pranzare e cenare , cucina con piano cottura ad induzione e lavastoviglie , importante anche la lavastoviglie ed infine l 'accoglienza , la disponibilità e la simpatia del proprietario Luigi . Grazie davvero di tutto ! Giuseppe .

Prima en aardige host

De eigenaar is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartement is groot en heeft genoeg faciliteiten. Het is wat donker. De zitgelegenheden zijn niet zo comfortabel. Het terras is heel groot. Het zou leuk zijn als er een lekker zitje zou zijn. In de ochtend en namiddag/avond geen zon op het terras. Geen idee de rest van de tijd omdat we dan weg waren. De locatie is top! Auto kan in de garage. Uitchecken mocht later.

Perfect location. Comfotable. Wonderful spacious balcony / patio. Very effective air conditioning

Amazing location. Close to beaches, old town, restaurants and shops. All problems sorted immediately by Luigi who is a lovely man and very welcoming. Appartment spotlessly clean. Garage close at hand - which was invaluable. Local Italians all very friendly and helpful. We loved Otranto and would not hesitate to return to the apartment.
