Great comfort. Quiet while being located near all the entertainment and restaurants.

The villa is ideally located, while being in a calm and peaceful environment, hikers will be delighted because it is close to beautiful and numerous paths overlooking the sea. As well as many tie-in trails, la londe is reputed to be popular with many ride-ons as well as for race training.
Party and concert lovers will also be delighted: several jazz concerts on the Argentière beach with internationally renowned musicians, balls and variety concerts in the olive garden all for free. Also beautiful Provencal markets in la londe. For those who like to walk, beautiful tourist villages are to be discovered. Access to boats that lead to the islands (porquerolle, port cros. Levent island) is nearby: 10 minutes on foot. All parking lots are free.


In addition to its 3 km of beach, La Londe has many attractions.
Its terroir is generous: 22 wine estates classified AOC, also olive growing.

Perfekter Urlaub mit Freunden

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit optimaler Lage, sowohl zu den Stränden, als auch zu Hyères und Le Lavandou. Das herzliche Vermieterehepaar hatte stets ein offenes Ohr für unsere Wünsche.

Belle villa idéalement située entre mer et commerces

Logement très bien équipé avec un beau jardin clos sans vis à vis. Les accès à la plage et aux commerces se font facilement à pied par un sentier arboré et agréable nous recommandons vivement. Les hôtes sont charmants et attentionnés

Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem herrlichen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Zu den Highlights gehört die überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattete Küche sowie die Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten, Klimaanlagen und dunkel schließenden Rollläden. Auch der große, komplett abgeschlossene Garten mit zwei Terrassen, Grill und Outdoorbett lädt zum entspannen und spielen ein und ist für Familien mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu bewältigen und auch ins belebte Hafengebiet gelangt man problemlos zu Fuß (10 min, nit Kindern 15 min). Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen; sind mehr als freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, jedoch überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen sicherlich auch selbst wieder.

PARFAIT

Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines, avec notre fils de 2 ans et demi, du 8 au 22 juillet dans cette maison, bien équipée et conforme à l annonce. Située dans un quartier très calme, la maison est à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la plage des Tamaris. Le jardin est agréable, même en temps de canicule! Les propŕiétaires sont très sympathiques et veillent au bon déroulement du séjour. Nous reviendrons assurément!! Et nous la recommandons à nos proches.

Sehr schön, gerne wieder

Wir waren zu 6 (3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) in dem Haus zwei Wochen in Juni. Das Haus ist schön, gemütlich, groß nah am Meer mit eigenen Grünstück und Terrasse. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieter, angenehme Leute, wohnen im gleichen Haus mit separatem Eingang. Wir haben kaum gemerkt, dass sie da sind. Kommunikation ist nur auf Französisch, aber Google-Übersetzer hilft )))) Ruhige Lage. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 15 Minuten (1 – 1,2 km) am Strand. Es gibt mehrere schöne Strände. Wir haben das Auto kaum genutzt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist gut, innerhalb 2-3km mehrere große Supermärkte. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Danke Annick.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en juillet 2022 dans cette maison très bien équipée. La climatisation à l'étage dans les chambres est très appréciable. Proche des plages à pied (1 km environ). Propriétaires très accueillants et toujours disponibles.

Der langersehnte Urlaub ...

... wurde endlich wahr. Hier hat alles gestimmt: Das Haus, der Garten, die Vermieter, die Umgebung - einfach wunderbar. Wir haben in der Nachsaison eine sehr schöne Zeit hier verbracht. Die zwei Wochen sind viel zu schnell vergangen => wir kommen wieder :) Aber hier ein paar Details: Die Umgebung ist ruhig und eher eine Wohngegend, in der man auch etwas vom französischen Alltag mitbekommt. Die Nähe zum Meer / Strände / Hafen / Tauchclub / Restaurants / Eisdielen ... ist wirklich super. Das Haus liegt in einer Art Sackgasse, in der nur Anlieger unterwegs sind. Parkplatz vor dem Grundstück "auf der Straße" ist nie ein Problem gewesen. Wer mag, kann auch auf dem Grundstück neben dem Haus parken. Das Haus selbst war für uns beide (wollten eigentlich zu Viert anreisen) eigentlich zu groß; jedoch empfanden wir das üppige Raumangebot nie als störend ;) Alles war sauber und gepflegt und das Haus wohnlich eingerichtet. Man merkte direkt, dass die Vermieter sich Mühe gemacht haben, es gemütlich einzurichten. Wir haben nichts vermisst, was in der Anzeige als "vorhanden" versprochen war. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Grundstück / der Garten war ausreichend groß und bot verschiedene Ecken, um sich dort aufzuhalten. Über einen Ausgang im Garten kommt man durch ein abschließbares Tor auf einem schattigen Weg direkt zum Strand/Hafen. Die Vermieter selbst wohnen in einem "Gartenhaus" hinter dem Haupthaus. Diese Nähe haben wir zu keiner Zeit als störend pfunden, ganz im Gegenteil waren sie immer zur Stellen, falls wir Fragen hatten. Annick und Jean Loup sind zwei sehr nette, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Menschen, zu denen wir sicherlich intensiveren Kontakt gesucht hätten, wären wir in der Lage gewesen uns besser auf Französisch zu verständigen. Die Stadt La Londe ist gut mit dem Rad oder dem Auto zu erreichen. Zu Fuß sicherlich auch, wenn man sich etwas Zeit nimmt und nicht zu viel eingekauft hat. Dort findet man alles, was man so braucht: Supermärkte, Bäckereien, einen Wochenmarkt, einen Geldautomat und Restaurants und Bars. Übrigens: Wir waren Stammgäste bei der Boulangerie & Patisserie "la Station" - sehr empfehlenswert ;) Und: Die Gegend ist wirklich sehr schön und lohnt sich intensiv zu erforschen! Viel Spaß und gute Erholung!

Location confortable

La maison est bien située, dans un lotissement où l’accès aux premières plages et au port de la Londe les Maures se trouvent à 10 min à pied. La maison bénéficie de tout le confort pour passer de bonnes vacances, d’une place pour se garer facilement devant la maison. Nous avons apprécié être à proximité de la belle plage de Léoube, cette dernière étant accessible à moins de 15 min en voiture ainsi que la proximité avec Bormes les Mimosas, Collobrières et le Lavandou. Les commerces sont proches. Les propriétaires sont sur place, la communication avec eux est donc facile. Location à recommander.

Ein schönes Haus mit netten Gastgebern

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt nichts. (Handtücher und Bettbezüge muss man allerdings selbst mitbringen). Auf der Terrasse kann man wunderbar alle Mahlzeiten zu sich nehmen. Die Küche hat sehr viel Stauraum, moderne Küchengeräte und einem großen Kühlschrank. Es gibt zwar nur ein Badezimmer, aber da zwei Toiletten im Haus sind, war das für uns mit sechs Personen auch kein Problem. Zum Strand geht man circa 12 Minuten. Uns haben die nahen Strände gut gefallen, weil die Waasselqualität so gut ist und zumindest am Vormittag war dort noch nicht so viel los. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Ein geräumiges Haus mit schönem, großem Garten - samt Fauteuil unterm Baum und Ventilatoren gegen die Hitze. Zehn Minuten zu Fuß zum nächsten Stadtstrand und Hafen. Für die schönsten Strände und den Weg zum Bäcker sollte man allerdings ein Auto haben. Danke für den erholsamen Urlaub. Constanze mit Familie.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit der ganzen Familie (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder). Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und die Fotos nicht übertrieben. Die Größe ist für 6 Personen gut ausgelegt. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett. In der Nähe super Strände und ein schöner Hafen. Die Dorfmitte ist auch nicht weit. Mit dem Fahrrad alles super erreichbar.

sehr schönes Haus für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Ein großes Lob an die Vermieterin, das Haus bietet alles was man für einen Super Urlaub benötigt. Hier fehlt es an Nichts. Die Gegend und der Strand sind Super und auch die Mitnahme der Fahrräder hat sich gelohnt. Es können von hier aus schöne Fahrradtouren unternommen werden. Nur zu empfehlen!

Traumhaft - en rève - like a dream

Die Bilder entprechen absolut der Realität. Wir haben täglich den wunderschönen Garten genossen und jede Mahlzeit auf der Terrasse eingenommen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtet. Die Küche komplett ausgestattet. Hinter dem Garten führt ein Weg in wenigen Minuten zu den Stränden und zum Hafen (Schiffe zu den Iles d'Hyeres). In La Londe gibt es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute Bäckereien, Supermärkte und einen schönen Sonntagsmarkt. Auch die Umgebung bietet sehr viel Sehenswertes. Unser Tipp: Leihen Sie sich Fahrräder. Wir danken unseren liebenswerten und aufmerksamen Gastgebern Annick und Jean Loup Fibleuil. Les images montrent absoluement la réalité. Nous avons joui du jardin et toujours mangé à la terasse. La maison est meublée de très bon goût et la cuisine est très bien garnie. Derrière le jardin, il y a qui dirige, en quelques minutes, aux plages et auf port (accès aux bateaux aux îles d'Hyères). À La Londe il y a tous les possibilités pour faire des achats, de bonnes boulangeries, supermarchés et un très beau marché les dimanches. Les alontours donnent beaucoup à voir. Notre conseil: empruntez des vélos. Nous remercions beaucoup à nos hôtesses aimables et et attentifs Annick et Jean Loup Fibleuil. The pictures show absolutely the reality. We daily enjoyed the beautiful garden and enjoyed every meal on the terrace. The house is furnished very nice and tasteful and the kitchen is equipped completely. Behind the garden there is a way taking you directly to the beaches and the port (ships to Hyères islands) in some minutes. In La Londe there is every possibility to go shopping, there are very good bakeries, supermarkets and a great market on sundays. The surroundings have much to see. Our tip: hire some bikes. Ein gelungener Urlaub

Wir möchten uns bei Annick und Ihrem Mann rechtherzlich bedanken. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist für sich abgeschlossen und ruhig. Annick und Ihr Mann sind sehr hilfsbereit. Über das Begrüßungsgeschenk (Obstkorb, Wasser und Wein) haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Wir waren mit Auto, Anhänger und Motorroller da und konnten alles auf dem Grundstück parken. Wir können es jederzeit weiter empfehlen und würden es immer wieder buchen. Leider gibt es kein deutsches TV, wir waren gerade zur EM in Frankreich.

Vous rechercher le calme, la gentillesse des propriétaires, le côté pratique propre et lumineux de la location avec un terrain et ces fleurs locales, posez vous vous ne regretterez pas. Le port de plaisance et ses plages accessibles à pied de la propriété restent appréciables. Envie de vous faire plaisir avec une bonne table, je ne saurais que vous recommander le restaurant "La Cigale" à La Lande les Maures. Prévoyez néanmoins l'anti moustique pour vos soirées barbecue.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable; nous étions avec nos deux enfants et la localisation de la maison est vraiment idéale; proche plage et port pour les restaurants du soir. La propriétaire prend grand soin de la propreté des lieux et c'est vraiment très appréciable quand on arrive avec un bébé. Semaine de vacances très sympa grâce à une location bien; les photos correspondent bien à la réalité;aucune surprise en arrivant

Superbe villa - très beau jardin

Nous avons passé 2 semaines merveilleux dans cette superbe maison avec son jardin magnifique. Elle est très belle, spacieuse, confortable, propre et très bien soignée , la cuisine moderne est très bien équipée avec tout confort. Le jardin clos est aussi beau et calme. Les propriétaires sont à entière disposition pour tout renseignement. Ailleurs on n´a pas été gêné par des moustiques, les propriétaires mettent tout à disposition pour éviter les insectes. La location correspond parfaitement à l´annonce. Situation idéale pour profiter de la mer, la plage et visiter la ville et les environs. C´était des vacances de bonheur dans cette joli villa dont on aimerait garder l`adresse secrète ! Nous avons apprécies l´accueil chaleureux et le calme de l´ endroit Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour nous inviter à partager leur agréable maison. Nous aimerions bien à y retourner un jour. Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit großem Garten, großzügig, sehr gut ausgestattet, eine moderne Küche mit allem Komfort. Die ruhige Lage ist sehr günstig, nah zu den Stränden und zur Stadt. TRES BONNE LOCATION

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison très propre et qui correspond parfait à la description sur internet. Les propriétaires sont très discrets. L'accès à la plage très pratique (portail à l'arrière du jardin et environ 500m à pieds sur un chemin praticable au vélo ou à la poussette pour ceux qui ont des petits bouts). Attention cependant aux moustiques qui nous ont pas mal dérangés durant le séjour (surtout le soir). Je recommande cette location et nous même y retournerons certainement.

Bello e riposante: tutto perfetto!!

Trovare i letti fatti all'arrivo, la casa pulitissima e un' accoglienza calorosa con tanto di vino, latte, frutta e cioccolatini, non l' avevo mai visto. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Negozi e spiaggia dell' Argentière a 5 minuti d'auto con tanti posteggi gratuiti . La sera In 10 minuti a piedi attraverso un sentiero pianeggiante si arrivava al porto dove vi erano ristoranti, negozietti e parchetto di divertimenti per bambini . Da consigliare. Noi eravamo una famiglia di 5 persone con 2 ragazzi e una bambina .
