Welcome to Tiki Hut, a charming one-level beach villa located just one house off a sandy path that leads directly over the dunes to beautiful St. Augustine Beach. With 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, this 1,132 square foot home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is pet friendly, making it a great option for families or couples traveling with their dog.

Inside, the layout is simple and functional, all on one level for easy access. The living area offers comfortable seating and space to unwind after a day in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials you need to prepare meals at home, whether it’s breakfast before the beach or a casual dinner in. A dining area provides room for everyone to gather.

The primary bedroom and guest bedroom offer comfortable sleeping arrangements, with additional sleeping space available to accommodate up to six guests. Disappointed in water pressure inside and out. Hard to clean off from beach. Beds were not comfortable at all. Probably won’t stay there again because of that.

Thank you for your feedback. We are not aware of low water pressure issues. The home is on county water and typically does not experience water pressure issues. We inspect our beds regularly and replace them when needed. Sorry that this cute little cottage did not suit your needs.

Tiki hut is in an ideal location. Steps from the beach and great location to many of wonderful local restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at Tiki Hut and would certainly stay there again.

We loved the location, distance to the beach and the home was clean and very welcoming. The allowance of pets greatly influenced our decision to stay there. The whole area was dog friendly with lots of locations offering outdoor seating with your pet, and one place a dog menu for breakfast. Excellent Stay.
