Nice accommodation

Overall, it is a very nice accommodation. It is beautifully located, has a nice pool and is well equipped. However, some details were missing and some details were not completely clean, but overall we were very satisfied.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Rosa war jederzeit erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit – das hat uns ein gutes Gefühl gegeben. Der Pool ist außergewöhnlich groß und bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen. Auch die Lage der Unterkunft ist top: ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch gut erreichbar – und der Meerblick ist einfach traumhaft!Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und es hätten ruhig ein paar mehr Gläser und Tassen vorhanden sein können. Das hat den Gesamteindruck aber nur minimal getrübt.Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Urlaub

Superbe séjour total farniente

Résidence spacieuse équipée complètement. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Rosa. Quel plaisir de se lever, de prendre son café en face de la piscine et tout au fond la mer. La maison est très bien entretenue, nous avions même nos serviettes à disposition. Mes filles ont eu grand plaisir avec les jouets que Rosa laisse dans son garage. Si ce n’est pour visiter les environs, Barcelone etc, nous ne serions même pas sortis de la maison ☺️ Un total farniente chez Rosa, une maison parfaitement au calme et très bien située. Y aller sans hésiter ! Merci à nos hôtes.

Beautiful view, wonderful host!

This is a very clean, well appointed house with a gorgeous view and lots of outdoor space. Nearly every bedroom is on a different level, so there is lots of privacy, while still keeping everyone close. The property owners were extremely helpful and welcoming - and when we couldn't figure out how to open the washing machine, even came over to assist with no judgement (ha, ha). Highly recommend and hope to return as well.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay and Rosa (the owner) was a great host (they live next door but one and are always on hand if needed. We would thoroughly recommend staying at the house. Cunit has very few English visitors which is great in many ways because it is quiet and meant that it had a more Spanish feel. The area seemed to be mostly residential and Spanish owner occupied villas. Many of them own dogs which are outside so there is some barking whenever anyone walks past a property, there were often dogs barking (some of us were only really disturbed by this on one night). The property is really spacious but laid out in such a way that the living area is high above the pool (it is on a steep hill) so you need to go down a flight of stairs to access access the garden. We had teenagers with us who could be outside unsupervised but if you have young children you can't see them easily from inside or reach them quickly. It did also make eating outside at lunch time a bit of hassle as you have to carry all the stuff up and down stairs. The stairs are stone and slippery when wet so we did have to remind the kids to dry off before coming in and out. The kitchen is quite small for a house that can accommodate ten people but is well equipped and has a dishwasher. There are 2 fridges in the house, one in the kitchen and one in the basement where you access the pool. There are mosquitoes but not clouds of them, better screens would really help (they are not a snug fit plus you can't open them during the day). Also they are only on some windows and there are none on the doors, making it much hotter inside at night. the house is always pleasantly cool with the windows open during the day. The roof terrace is huge, a real sun trap and the views are beautiful. The pool is great, it is a good size and deep enough for the older kids to jump in and in the sun all day. It is a big garden and well maintained. There are plenty of loungers and seats in the garden. Due to the hill and the summer heat it is likely you will need a car or use taxis. The beach is about a ten minute drive and there is a little local bar which we walked down the hill to one night (15 mins). We hired a car which is great for the local supermarkets and Cunit beach but if you want to eat out a lot and visit the more busier neighbouring resorts we found parking quite difficult in the evening so an airport transfer and taxi's might be a better option. The wifi was excellent.

The perfect vacation villa

Summer of 2015 our family of four spent 3 weeks in this house and we had an amazing time. The house offers plenty of space, all equipment you need, the sea nearby and a big pool. At times we were up to eight people living there and there are still very spacious. Cunit is a very nice genuine place to visit, not so many foreign tourists, but very close by you find more tourist adjusted areas. The landlady of this house is very friendly and helpful. She was very service minded and whenever we had challenges she help us in the best way. We would gladly come back again to spend our vacation in this house.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Hallo, wir waren zu neunt im August 2015 in Cunit und es war superschön.Das Haus ist auch für zwei Familien geeignet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Ein großes Gelände und ein riesiger Pool runden alles ab. Wir wurden super von Rosa und ihrem Mann Jordi betreut . Danke dafür. Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Ebenso der Ort ,da Cunit keine Tourihochburg ist und dadurch das spanische Lebensgefühl spiegelt. Grüsse Roland

très bonne location

Nous avons passez de très bonne vacances en famille. La villa était bien entretenue et les propriétaires sont des gens très gentils et disponibles. Une très grande piscine et une grande coure, nous étions 5 adultes et 5 enfants, et nous avions de la place pour tout le monde.

villa magnifique et lumineuse

nous étions une famille de 4 mais nous aurions pu tout aussi bien être à 8. Nous avons profité du très beau jardin et du barbecue en dejeunant dehors tous les jours. commodités à 5 min en voiture. commerces bien fournis en bons poissons et viandes pour les grillades. Propriétaires adorables et disponibles. maison très propre. Nous étions bien situés pour nos visites, Sitges plus pariculièrement

Nous étions deux familles...

Nous étions deux familles avec enfants et tout le monde avait sa place. La vue, piscine, espace, équipements, tout était parfait. Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis très bien aussi. Nous avons passe de très bonnes vacances et étions très satisfaits de notre choix.
