E 'in quiet location, surrounded by green but at the same time not far from the village and all its amenities. The slightly elevated position with respect to the country offers the beautiful scenery that frame the view of the sea which is about a mile away. The interior has been preserved in all its characteristic of nineteenth century villa despite having been recently restored. The exterior is liveable at all times of the day due to the presence of many trees.

Memorable stay

We loved our stay. We were 3 families of friends, with children. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. The house is beautiful, comfortable, spacious. Genuine and simple, free from modern clutter, it is like frozen in the past, and at the same time timeless as perfectly functional. Surrounding this relaxing simplicity, pine trees, mediterranean shrubs and plants, a gentle pastoral landscape, complete the atmosphere. The views of the neighboring hills and a part of the bay of porto azzurro, can be contemplated for hours. The location is great too. The lovely town of Porto Azzurro can be reached by a 15 minutes walk. Supermarkets and other vendors are very close. With the car we explored many beaches on this east end of the island (5 to 30 minutes) and some further west (30 minutes to an hour). We would love to come back one day.

Idylle pur

Wir haben zwei Wochen in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus auf Elba verbracht, das uns das Gefühl gab, in eine andere Zeit zu reisen. Das Haus liegt oben auf dem Berg, umgeben von viel Natur und Ruhe. Es ist nur eine kurze Fahrt von Porto Azzurro entfernt, einem malerischen Hafenstädtchen mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Das Haus ist rustikal eingerichtet, mit altertümlichen Holzmöbeln. Es hat alles, was man für einen gemütlichen und entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Wir haben die schöne Aussicht, die frische Luft und die Gastfreundschaft sehr genossen. Es war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, das wir jedem empfehlen würden.

Ein Haus wie im Traum

Schon beim nähern vom Haus fühlt man sich in einer anderen Zeit versetzt, geschweige beim besichtigen der Räume. Wir haben uns gleich im ersten Moment in das alte Haus mit dem passenden Mobiliar verliebt. Gleichzeitig fehlt es an nichts. Und mit der schönen Umgebung und grossen Umschwung rundete alles ab. Nina, hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert, so das wir uns wie "Könige" fühlen durfte. Haus, Umgebung, Aussicht, Ruhe -> Ferien wie im Traum. Nina, Wir danken dir für alles, und kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Platz

Wir haben mit 2 Familien und zwei Hunden eine sehr, sehr schöne Zeit genossen. Das Haus liegt traumhaft schön und Nina die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ein besonderes Haus

Wir waren nur zu viert im Haus und hatten also sehr viel Platz um in Ruhe zu lesen, zu lernen, zu kochen und auszuruhen. Die Lage des Hauses ganz für sich alleine bietet eine tolle Erholung. Man hört nur gelegentlich einen Hahn krähen, die Gänse schnattern oder das Bellen eines Hundes in der Ferne. Und wenn man am Morgen in die Bäckerei geht, sieht man sicher einen Hasen.

Wunderschön

Wie waren mit 2 Erwchsenen und 5 Kindern dort und haben unseren Aufenthlat sehr genossen. Die Villa war geräuming, saube rund wunderschön mit toller Terrasse und super Blick auf die Bucht. Die erhöhte Lage hat uns auch sehr gefallen, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss in die Stadt, dafür aber absolut ruhig und in grüner Umgebung. Nina war eine perfekte Gastgeberin mit vielen wertvollen Tipps und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr grosses Haus mit weitläufigem Garten, charmant.

Locker, grosszügig, etwas altmodisch aber unkompliziert.. wir waren zufrieden. Neue Sofas wären noch cool.

Villa magnifica in un contesto stupendo. Tutto perfetto

La villa gode di una posizione stupenda. E' vicina a supermercati, al centro di Porto azzurro e quindi al mare (raggiungibile a piedi). Si trova su una collina contornata esclusivamente dal verde. Ha una visuale meravigliosa da cui si vede il mare e si estende fino a Capoliveri. La casa è perfettamente arredata e accessoriata. Ci sono spazi esterni all'ombra di alberi per pranzi e cene ed è presente una postazione barbecue in muratura. Ringrazio la persona che ci ha accolti, sempre estremamente disponibile, che ha contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza indimenticabile.

Semplicemente meravigliosa!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trovare un aggettivo per questa villa è impossibile! Bellissima è troppo poco! Panorama mozzafiato : al mattino si sentono il gallo, le mucche, l'asino e in lontananza si vede il mare......gli interni sono molto ampi . Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 e a mala pena ci incontravamo....spero di tornarci
