Tiny but has everything you need

Very convenient location. Warm and cozy in snowy weather. Small point but the towels were thin, worn out and rough as sandpaper!

Rustikales, gemütliches, kleines Studio

Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich und die Wohnung war tiptop sauber. Es gab alles, was man benötigt. Das Treppenhaus ist erst mal etwas abschreckend, aber das Studio dafür umso netter. Mit den fünf Treppen hat man einen guten Fitness-Effekt. Dadurch dass es im Hinterhaus liegt, ist das Studio sehr ruhig. Der Place Pigalle gehört zum Vergnügungsviertel, aber wir haben uns trotzdem sicher gefühlt. Es gibt eine sehr große Auswahl an Supermärkten, Bäckern und Bistros gleich um die Ecke. Und die Metro direkt vor der Nase. Zum Sacre Coeur läuft man eine Viertelstunde.

Perfect place for a couple to stay for a long weekend

Lovely apartment designed in vintage style. It's small but far enough for 2 people for a long weekend. (Be prepared that you will climb to the 5th floor.) Well-equipped kitchenette. 1 towel per person, iron, hair dryer and handwash provided. There's an electric towel dryer as well. If I should tell any negative issues: the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable - but despite of that we slept well. Elise who met us on arrival was really nice and friendly. The area of Pigalle is exciting with the many adult shops & bars and it seems to be safe anyway. We were in Moulin Rouge on Monday night at the 23:00 show and we had no problem walking back around 01:00. If you go up in the small streets you can shortly reach the lovely Montmartre & Sacré Coeur. I absolutely recommend this apartment for young couples.

LOVELY STUDIO APARTMENT

Lovely studio apartment located conveniently for metro near Pigalle station. Excellent communication with Jean-Marc leading up to our stay. Only small issue is 5 flights of stairs, not a problem for us but would be for elderly or disabled. Everything you need for a short stay in Paris and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Jean-Marc thank you for making our stay perfect!

Super studio !

Mon frère et moi avons passé deux nuits dans ce studio fin août. Premièrement, le propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeant niveau des horaires d'entrée et de sortie. Le studio correspond parfaitement aux photos et il est très bien équipé. Malgré qu'il soit situé au 5ème étage sans ascenseur (un peu de sport ne fait de mal à personne ), celui ci est très bien situé et les transports en commun ne sont même pas à 20 mètres, ce qui est un plus ! De plus, il est situé dans une cour où l'on entend pas les bruits de la rue malgré le quartier animé dans lequel il se situe. Un grand plus au niveau du prix pour le quartier, c'est tout à fait raisonnable! Un petit bémol : La literie est un peu trop dure à notre goût mais avis personnel. Si nous revenons à Paris, nous savons où nous loger à présent ! :)

Wonderful stay in a perfect spot

My wife and I spent two nights in this apartment and we found it to be the perfect spot for a young couple. Jean-Marc was a wonderful host, he has there waiting for us with breakfast, unfortunately our flight was delayed and one of our bags got lost, nevertheless he was very patient and helpful and was flexible to meet us later and show us the ropes. The apartment itself is very charming, it has everything you would need for a short stay in Paris, and is very comfortable and quiet, and has character. More importantly, it is in a great location near the Metro (which will get you close to anywhere you want to go in Paris), shops, restaurants, and the lovely Sacre Coeur basilica and Montmartre area. We had read the area could be sketchy but didn't find that at all, as with anywhere in the world you should always be aware and careful, but we felt completely safe here. Overall, we would recommend this place and this host very highly!

Studio très agréable et idéalement situé pour notre séjour

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans l'appartement de Jean Marc. Une fois gravi les étages, son accueil a été très sympa et nous avons découvert un studio très propre, agréable, calme et bien aménagé. Une fois les travaux de façade de la cour terminé, l'entrée de l'immeuble sera plus accueillante. L'emplacement à Pigalle était pratique pour notre séjour car nous devions emprunter régulièrement la ligne de métro 12 (à quelques mètres de l'entrée de l'immeuble). Nous recommandons au passage la brasserie "le Pigalle" qui se trouve juste à l'angle de la rue et où nous avons pris de bons repas pour un rapport qualité/prix intéressant.

Apartamento ideal para una pareja, equipado con lo necesario para pasar unos días en Paris. El metro está a 2 pasos y el barrio tiene muchas tiendas y bares, ideal para pasar unos días. Appartement idéal pour un couple, avec tout pour passer quelques jours à Paris. Le métro est juste à côté de l'appartement, et le quartier à beaucoup de magasins, supermarchés très près. Pigalle du beau coté.

Puisqu'il faut toujours par principe, trouver un point négatif, en voici un petit: Le studio est au 5 étage sans ascenseur et pourrait éventuellement rebuter certaines personnes. Pour le reste, il très bien équipé, calme ce qui dans le quartier est rare pour le souligner et le propriétaire est très sympa et arrangeant. En résumé une vraie bonne adresse que je me garderai bien de communiquer de peur qu'il ne soit pas disponible lors d'un prochain voyage à Paris. Blague à part très recommandable.

Séjour idéal

Notre séjour fut idéal, le studio était tout à fait conforme à la description détaillée. Nous avons grandement apprécié la douche, ce fut même l'une des raisons qui nous ont pousser à choisir cette location, ainsi que la raison de l'emplacement au coeur de Pigalle. L'accueil fut chaleureux et nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir lors de notre prochain séjour dans la capitale. Mention spéciale pour la propreté et pour la disponibilité du propriétaire.

Bon rapport qualite prix MAIS.....

Bon rapport qualite prix avec un bon emplacement cependant manque une cafetière digne de ce nom Pour 20 euros cela permettrait d'offrir aux touristes un petit déjeuner avec un bon café L'actuelle soi-disant cafetière date de 40 ans..... De plus quelques plans de Paris seraient appréciés pour les provinciaux ou etrangers

Estupenda semana

El piso es pequeño pero perfecto para pasar unos días. Muy limpio, bien equipado y muy bien situado. Jean Marc es encantador y muy atento. Muy recomendable
