PLEASANT SUNNY HOUSE WITH TERRACE AND GARDEN

Single floor of a comfortable house, tranquility and charm, overlooking a garden with trees and close to the center (10 min by foot) for 1 to 4 people (5 maximum).
Floor all in wood parquet, very well exposed, bright and sunny, composed:
- entrance / wardrobe and library
- 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 bed of 160 cm + 1 with 2 beds of 80x190),
- living room with sofa bed (130x190), view of the terrace and the garden,
- fully equipped kitchen,
- bathroom including WC,
- access to the south-east facing terrace and garden.

Childcare: Possibility of adding a baby bed, barrier installed in front of the stairs to the washing machine access, small bathtub for babies or small children ...

Sheets and towels are rented (15 € / person)
Pets are not accepted
The stilettos either (because of the floor)
WIFI, Fiber Internet equipment
Dishwasher, microwave and all kitchen equipment.
TV DVD and VCR, Hifi + tuner.
Small BBQ, plancha, garden furniture, deckchairs, old bikes and child trailer on loan.
Easy parking in the street and adjacent streets and possibility to park in front of the house from the 1st to the 15th of each month.
Most often weekly rental, from Saturday to Saturday.

Scénographe et graphiste pour les musées de la ville ainsi que pour d’autres centres culturels, je vous accueillerai dans la maison que j’occupe de septembre à juin. L’été, lorsque je suis à La Rochelle, je réside dans une autre maison adjacente, où j’entretiens un potager et des arbres fruitiers.

L’étage de la location est entièrement privatif, et le jardin est clos par des claustras pour préserver votre tranquillité.

Ce quartier, à la fois calme et idéalement situé, se trouve tout près des bassins – le bassin des Chalutiers, le bassin à flot et le Vieux Port. C’est un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer tout en pouvant rejoindre rapidement l’effervescence du port, selon ses envies.

Il bénéficie également d’un atout rare à La Rochelle : le stationnement reste gratuit dans la rue et dans les rues adjacentes.

Le voisinage est paisible, et les habitants se connaissent et s’apprécient, ce qui contribue à une atmosphère conviviale.

What makes this property unique

Le jardinet arboré côté rue et le jardin à l’arrière apportent beaucoup de charme à la maison. La terrasse, qui surplombe le jardin arrière, constitue un agréable prolongement de l’espace de vie et offre une vue très apaisante. Le toboggan amuse beaucoup les enfants… et même certains adultes, qui le préfèrent parfois aux escaliers pour rejoindre le jardin plus rapidement.
