Una bellissima vacanza

La mia famiglia ed io siamo contentissimi di aver trascorso le vacanze nella casa di Daniele: confortevole, pulitissima e ben organizzata; la posizione è strategica: per raggiungere le numerose spiagge, per i supermercati vicinissimi e per la possibilità di raggiungere il centro paese con una semplice passeggiata; inoltre è situata in una zona veramente tranquilla dove è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente vicino a casa. Infine desidero sottolineare come Daniele sia stato sempre disponibile, discreto e gentilissimo.

Ottima sistemazione a Villasimius

Il soggiorno in questo appartamento è stato piacevole, la casa è attrezzata e accogliente, comoda perché abbastanza vicino al centro ma in zona tranquilla e vicinissima ai supermercati.

Esperienza da ripetere

Siamo stati accolti da... nessuno!!! Esatto, il nostro ospite ha organizzato tutto così bene che ci siamo potuti muovere come se fossimo i padroni di casa trovando tutto al momento giusto e senza il bisogno di alcuna presenza, ma con un'assistenza sempre pronta ed efficace cosa a me molto gradita. La posizione considerando il numero di spiagge a disposizione è strategica, ma non solo per il mare, anche per parcheggio (sempre disponibile nei dintorni), supermercati a 200 mt (eurospin nuova di zecca e fornitissima), centro storico 10 minuti a piedi (senza lo stress del parcheggio o il casino della vita notturna sino al mattino), città da visitare Cagliari (a meno di 50 minuti di strada) piena di storia di vita giovane e locali a non finire, sia per la movida, sia per percorsi culinari. Insomma tirando le somme 15 giorni non mi son bastati dovrò tornarci per forza....

Ottima scelta

La casa corrisponde a quanto indicato nell'annuncio. Spaziosa, pulita. Posizione molto comoda, 10 min a piedi dal centro e 10/15 min di auto dalle spiagge più belle. A pochi min a piedi vi sono anche due supermercati. Consiglio assolutamente per la comodità.

Parfait !

La maison est propre .le nécessaire est là. Le centre ville a 10 minutes pieds. Un arrêt de bus à 5 minutes pour la plage.un supermarché a 2 minutes à pied. Et pour finir un propriétaire très gentil.

Descrizione accurata, immobile pulito e in buono stato, proprietario disponibile. Unico neo: il divano in soggiorno piuttosto scomodo, andrebbe rinnovato. I luoghi sono splendidi, le spiagge incantevoli e numerose, c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta. Un ottimo agriturismo nelle vicinanze. Senz'altro da ritornare e consigliare ad amici.
