Belle grande bastide bien rénovée

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette bastide très bien rénovée. Malgré quelques nuits froides, la maison est demeurée confortable. (Calorifère dans chaque pièce, chauffe-serviette dans chaque salle de bain, literie confortable). La maison est suffisamment grande pour 2 familles et même plus. La cuisine comprend tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner pour 10 personnes. La piscine et sa terrasse sont magnifiques. Cette maison est très bien située, commerces et restaurants à proximité, marché provençal avec fruits et légumes à Carpentras, vignobles, nombreux sites d'intérêts à moins de 30 minutes de voitures. Le terrain est grand, sur une route isolée: il y passe plus de vélos de que voitures. De plus, il y a des sentiers de randonnée en montagne, peu fréquentés, accidentés à souhait avec points de vue splendide , accessibles à pied de la maison. M Pommier, le propriétaire, est facilement rejoignable et répond promptement à nos demandes. La caution a été remboursé en moins d'une semaine. Définitivement une location à recommander.

Tolles Haus + Tolle Lage, trotz D4 sehr ruhig

wir waren an pfingsten 2015 als zwei befreundete familien in dem wunderschönen haus. Je 2 erwachsene und je 2 kinder. das haus ist großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. der pool ist wunderbar und wirklich sehr groß und auch ausreichend tief, so dass man sehr schön schwimmen kann. das wasser ist sehr sauber. wir haben einige kleine schwarze skorpione gesehen, die es aber immer wieder in der provence gibt. sie sind harmlos, der biss, wenn er denn erfolgt, entspricht dem einer wespe. auch hierauf hat der vermieter schnell telefonisch reagiert und uns beruhigt. es gibt genügend sonnenliegen und sonnenschirme. man sitzt schön vor als auch hinter dem haus. eine gute tischtennisplatte mit ausreichend schlägern für 4 spieler steht zur verfügung. darüber hinaus gibt es - ich glaube - 7 robuste mountainbikes. wir hatten aber unsere eigenen rennräder dabei. vom haus aus kann man wunderbare radtouren machen, z.b. nach gordes oder zur berühmten abtei de senanque. am besten man fährt ganz früh los, die stassen sind leer, die luft ist wunderbar und freut sich auf einen café in murs oder gordes (in murs gibt es ein schönes kleines restaurant; auch zum frühstück empfehlenswert). der mont ventoux ist für alle radsportler gut erreichbar. die D4 führt direkt am haus entlang. dies hat uns aber nicht gestört, obwohl wir sehr empfindlich sind, was straßenlärm betrifft. die d4 ist viel weniger befahren, als man es vermutet. erwartungsgemäß sieht man sehr viel rennradfahrer, manchmal ein paar motorradfahrer, die die kurvenreiche strecke schätzen. ich hatte zugebenermaßen einen großen schreck bekommen, als ich relativ spät erkannte, dass die d4 so nah am haus vorbei führt. aber wirklich: es beeinträchtigt den urlaub auf keinen fall. wir können das haus und den vermieter wärmstens empfehlen. er hat auf alle emails und anrufe immer sehr schnell, kompetent und informativ geantwortet. die korresponenz war sehr freundlich. er sendet auch ein dossier, in dem vieles zum haus und drumherum erklärt wird. gut wäre es, wenn es ein stärkeres wlan gäbe - bisher war es eigentlich nur im wohnzimmer ausreichend und wenn der wifi-code nicht so exorbitant lang wäre und wenn es ersatzgasflaschen für den grill gäbe. WIR KÖNNEN DAS HAUS RUNDUM EMPFEHLEN: NOUS RECOMMONDONS CHAUDEMENT CETTE MAISON: WE RECOMMEND FULL THE HOUSE AND THE PLACE:

Séjour impeccable - contact super aimable

Cette maison a tout pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable - soignée, tranquille et prévue de tout équipement. Il était difficile de quitter la maison car nous voulions y rester pour l'éternité. L'accueil était chaleureux, le contact avec le propriétaire tout à fait correct et aimable. La situation de la maison est parfaite pour aller découvrir la région qui est vraiment superbe.

Amazing place!

What an amazing place where to spend holidays ! The property is gorgeous, well maintained and peaceful. You can just enjoy the sun by the pool and go for a walk in the nature nearby. Will return definitely :)
