About this property

Oceanside 4BR 2.5BA, 1 block to beach

This spacious 2,000sq foot home was built post superstorm Sandy in 2013. New floors and paint for 2023 season. The house is only 9 houses from the beach. Once your arrive, you will not have to drive! You are able to walk to all amenities Beach Haven Terrace has to offer. (Food, nightlife, ice cream, etc.)
The main floor is comprised of a living area with an open floor plan design and a powder room to accommodate all guests. The spacious kitchen has LG stainless steel appliances and Keurig coffee maker. The dining area is an extension of the kitchen and seats up to 8. From the dining area, you can walk through the french doors to the covered front deck to enjoy the morning sun or afternoon/evening shade. The upstairs has a master suite with its own flat screen TV and full bath with double vanity. The remaining 3 bedrooms and full bath are also on the second floor. Upstairs is where you will find the front load washer and dryer for your convenience.
The house has a 2 zone central air conditioning system for each floor. It has a cambridge paved driveway with off street parking for 4 cars. House comes with outside shower, 4 beach badges (kids 12 and under do not need badges). Backyard has cambridge paving stones and lighting, patio furniture, Weber gas grill, and privacy fencing.
July and August only 7 day and over rentals accepted.

Great family friendly property in a fantastic location! Easy walk to the beach as well as walkable to many restaurants, bars, and very close to LBI attractions (Fantasy Island, waterpark, Bay Village etc). This property was clean and comfortable with all of the amenities we needed for our stay! The front porch was lovely and a great spot to hangout, people watch, relax, and listen to the ocean!

Great value for the money during off-peak season

I usually stay further down Long Beach Island and farther from the beach more towards the Bayside but that house was not available so I took a chance on this house and I was very appreciative of the location and the closeness of the beach also Wawa is right behind it so if you need any snacks and such it's right there Also the Acme was very close by and a very short walk to the beach so all in all we had a great time.

Beautiful beach home - great accommodations, location, and a reliable and communicative host! We had a great getaway. The only negative was they are building a home next door, and the contractor was very loud, and placed a huge trash bin right next to our host's driveway - which seemed like an inappropriate place. This is no fault of the host, of course.

Great location from the beach and Wawa!

Highly recommend Paul’s rental! You can’t beat the location: it’s around the corner from Wawa, right off of the beach block, and less than a 5 minute drive to the Acme. There was ample room for the 6 of us and we made great use of the front deck and the spacious living area. Paul was quick to respond and helped answer our questions. It was a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in LBI!! Location was everything with this house- you are so close to so much. The house was very clean and inviting. Our favorite part about the home was the front porch- it was lovely. We are already thinking about returning next year !!

Great Porch

We loved the front porch so we could sit and watch people go by night and day. The outdoor shower was my least favorite part and to be honest only 2 people used it once each. We never went to the back yard as the front porch had all we needed.

House was no issue holding 2 families- plenty of room and had the basic necessities for a beach stay. Owner was prompt with questions and likes to take care of guests. Would recommend staying here and will look to do so next year again.

Great house, Great location - and the owner is gracious and great to work with.

Great place for families! Spacious and welcoming home, clean and in a fabulous location! Loved the short walk to the beach, and later sipping drinks on the porch watching the clouds. Just around the corner is several eating options and ice cream- we highly recommend this property. The owner is responsive and welcoming- great place to make memories!

Great House!!

Very clean and tastefully decorated with beachy artwork. Smart layout with entertaining on one level and all bedrooms on another. Great furniture on the deck with a nice shaded eating area in the rear. Close to beach and we enjoyed watching people run and ride there bikes from the front deck. Owners were friendly and responsive. Would definitely rent this place again!

Great house, great location, very clean

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. Perfect accommodations, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, spacious kitchen and dining area. The backyard was perfect for bbq's and after beach relaxation. The location is within walking distance to many attractions as well. We booked for next year!

worth every penny!

What a beautiful, spacious and modern home to spend our week in LBI! We comfortably fit 6 adults and 2 children and will definitely return next summer. It was very convenient to go back & forth to the beach, as we did many times a day with a 3 & 6 yr old!! Another PLUS, is the WaWa located right around the corner on the boulevard and several restaurants in walking distance. Lastly, let's not forget about the FREE LBI shuttle bus we caught on the boulevard to access everything LBI has to offer.
