Nice clean, secure apt. well located in city, easy metro access. Neighborhood has some very good non touristy restaurants. Apt did not have some small items such as dish sponge or shampoo, but that was easily taken care of with the supermarket situated just below.
The apartment was spacious and comfortable for a family of 5. The location is great with easy access to multiple metro lines that will get you anywhere you want to go. There are tons of restaurants near by and a grocery store right next door.
A great apartment, close to everything in Paris. The hosts are great, easy to communicate with and very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would stay again!!
We stayed in Paris, 4 days/4 nights and this flat was exactly what we needed. With two teenage boys, there was plenty of space and everything was very clean. Location was superb with easy access to three Metro stations of different lines. Close to cute restaurants and right next to a great market. We were there in unseasonably warm weather, but the placement of windows allowed for an amazing cross breeze and temperature was never an issue.
We stayed here for 8 days with our daughter and her husband and an infant and a 3 year old. The flat was perfect with a bedroom for us and a bedroom for our daughter and grandkids. I’ve been to Paris many many times and rented many apartments. This flat is a really nice size for Paris. We especially enjoyed the full kitchen with large side by side refrigerator/ freezer and the full size dish washer, as we cooked all of our breakfast and some dinners. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. We also had plenty of room to set up a place to sanitize and fix bottles for the baby. The full size washer was also used daily. Jean Jacques met us upon arrival and helped us with luggage as I have a disability and my husband is 80 and uses a cane…the lift to the first floor was wonderful and the building is very secure in a bustling Parisian neighborhood. The Carrefour market was literally steps from the apartment and was visited daily for cooking and family needs. There are also several restaurants and everything else you need very close. Jean Jacques lives in the building was responsive for anything we needed. It was actually perfect for our needs and we would definitely rent this flat again. Merci beaucoup Jean Jacques!
great apartment! it had everything needed. Communication and check-in were smooth. I’d consider it a 2-bedroom, not 3. Nice community. Close to metros and grocery and boulangeries. :)

Very comfortable apartment
This apartment did not have 3 bedrooms as advertised. It had two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. Despite this it was perfectly located, clean and had all of the things we needed for a pleasant stay.
Great location. We had a marvellous time. Walking distance (for the fit) to many attractions and a very short walk ti metro for those needing a break from walking. Convenient shop just downstairs. Warm place with radiator heating. The apartment was big for the location. Host was very friendly and helpful when requesting an early check in.
The apartment is lovely. There were only 3 of us and we loved the space and the option to all have our own bed (one was a bed settee but really top quality). Also it’s in a great location. Highly recommend!
Great location! Short walk to the metro, which was important for traveling with little feet. The flat was perfect! Our kids really appreciated having toys and it felt like home right away. Our six year old said good-bye to our Paris house when we left this morning. Thank you for a great stay.
Stayed 4 nights with family of 5. Plenty of room. Kitchen was great and grocery store was directly downstairs. 2 convenient metro stops within 5-10 min walk and stop for bus 86 to Eiffel Tower is across the street. Paris was rainy that week, but the apartment was great and a little better than the pictures
Very quiet and clean appartement in a really nice neighbourhood. The second bedroom had 2 beds one had a pull out bed underneath but there was not much space to put it.
Apartment worked well for 3 of us , one person slept on the sofa bed so she didn’t have to share a room, luckily it was pretty comfortable .Building work was going so we were unable to go onto the little balcony but we were given notice of this.Sadly there are no tips as to where to go or how to find anything but you soon work it out.The area had some nice restaurants and a great supermarket next door to the right of the apartment block. Also the metro stop Faidherbe Chaligny was close by, turn left out of gate and walk for about 5 minutes! You then can get a day pass for the metro which was 11Euros.Paris is a great city as so much to see. Lunch on a boat on the Seine is a must, a real treat and puts all the landmarks into perspective. Weather was just right warm enough and only rained on the first evening, so wear layers and a light raincoat. Try to speak French and smile as it really helps! Enjoy!
A Spacious, Comfortable Apartment in an Interesting Neighborhood
My adult son and I had a lovely stay. The apartment is unusually spacious for Paris, with plenty of room to spread out--it would suit two or three friends as well as a family. It is also unusually quiet, despite being on a main thoroughfare, which my son especially appreciated since he had to work for several hours each day (WiFi connection is excellent). The apartment is very well equipped (I did contribute a tea towel to the kitchen because there were none). The only downside for me was that the bed in the children's room, where I slept, was very uncomfortable for an older, arthritic person (I gave the lovely master bedroom to my son because he's so much bigger than I am). The neighborhood is the opposite of touristy, which makes it interesting in another way--there are lots of local restaurants and cafes nearby, everything from Breton specialities to Kurdish durum to Tibetan momos, and a superb market (Marche d'Aligre), which you must visit even if you don't plan to cook much: it's a feast for the eyes, too. Public transportation (bus, metro) is nearby and convenient for visiting the more touristic parts of the city. We were warmly welcomed by the manager, who lives in the building and so is available if any problems arise. A perfect place to stay in a vibrant Parisian neighborhood.

My two adult daughters and I enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was clean and well furnished. Very safe, as it is in a gated courtyard, with two additional locked doors before access to your apartment. The listing is very accurate, the kitchen very well stocked. A very spacious apartment, a much better value for the money if you are willing to stay a bit outside the center of old Paris. Convenient to bus and Metro stops. We would stay here again when in Paris.
